Alex did a fantastic job explaining his work to me and was overall very friendly.

Plumber arrived on time (He called ahead to say was on the way), quickly fixed the leak. Very professional and friendly. Price was reasonable.

Alex came out & cleaned clogged drains for me. I was very satisfied with the job. He did, 10 days later the drain was clogged again. He quickly. Reformed & cleaned it again at no change. He founded that may have rusted through that was causing the problem. He suggested I call & plumbing company. Alex had gotten me out of a tight spot twice and suggested to what I should do next. Good folks to work with. I did and they found multiple sections that had rusted through.

Everything is now going where it's supposed to again.

Alex was friendly and professional. He assessed the situation, went to his truck for the correct tools, and quickly snaked our toilet to find the culprit pencil lodged in the pipe. He was kind enough to give advice about mother uneven, rocking toilet on his way out.
