Stanley Steemer

It went fine. They stay to the exact quote given prior to the jobs start. They didn't have to move furniture. The carpet was clean after the job was completed. I would use them again.

They were on time and did a good job. They came on a Saturday morning to meet my schedule.

I was able to get an estimate on their website and also book my appointment. The website is very user friendly and makes sure you are connected to the closest Stanley Steemer to you. The crew showed up when they were supposed to and got right to work. The Crew Chief Glenn, explained the process and the protection that was to go on last. They cleaned and raked all areas specified and moved the furniture and put it back on protective coasters so all areas would dry well. I had initially only asked for the three rooms to be done and forgotten about my foyer. I asked if it could be added while they were here and he said that was no problem. Over all I am/was pleased with the service and end result!

The servicemen called on their way to my house to let me know they were coming and arrived at the beginning of the two hour time window I was given. They were professional and courteous.

Good work, but high prices. Be careful about the little add-ons because they add up very quickly. If you're prone to impulse buying, have someone else be there when they clean.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID. IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM VERY LONG AND THE GUY WAS REALLY NICE. THERE WAS A COUPLE OF STAINS THAT I DIDN'T THINK WOULD COME OUT, BUT THEY DID.

THE CLEANING JOB WAS GREAT, BUT THEY ENDED UP BREAKING A LEG OFF OF MY ANTIQUE ARMOIRE. I HAD TO ORDER A NEW ONE, AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD PAY ME THE COST OF THE REPAIRS. I HAVEN'T SEEN ONE CENT, AND IT'S BEEN ALMOST A YEAR NOW.

THEIR PUNCTUALITY AND RESPONSIVENESS WAS VERY GOOD. WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. AND THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE NICE PEOPLE.

STANLEY STEEMER HAD NICE PEOPLE WHO WORKED FOR THEM, BUT THEY DID NOT CLEAN ALL THAT WELL AND THEY DIDN'T DO A GOOD QUALITY JOB. I FEEL THEY ALSO CHARGED WAY TOO MUCH FOR THE TYPE OF SERVICE THAT WAS PERFORMED.

They were very efficient; a team of two was in and out in an hour; cleaned up nicely after themselves, too. They did a much nicer job than I ever could have with home cleaning equipment.

THEY DIDN'T LEAVE ANY STAINS OR SPOTS BEHIND, SO I WAS VERY SATISFIED. THE PRICE WAS PRETTY REASONABLE. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE I WAS GETTING RIPPED OFF.

THIS COMPANY DID A SATISFACTORY JOB ON MY CARPETS. THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO MOVE ANY FURNITURE. THEY DID CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHICH WAS A GOOD THING.

THEY DIDN'T GET ALL THE STAINS OUT BECAUSE SOME STAINS ARE JUST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET OUT. THEY CAME OUT THE DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. THEY DID THE JOB VERY THOROUGH. THEIR WORK WAS TOP-NOTCH.

THE CARPETS LOOK REALLY GOOD AFTER THEY ARE DONE. THEY HAVE CHOSEN TO SPECIALIZE IN CLEANING CARPETS AND THEY DO IT REALLY WELL. THE WORKERS ARE VERY NICE AND HONEST.

OUR COUCH WAS A REAL MESS BECAUSE WE HAVE LITTLE ONES. THEY GOT EVERY STAIN OUT, AND THAT IMPRESSED ME. THE REST OF THE FURNITURE REALLY WASN'T THAT BAD, BUT WE HAD THEM GO OVER THEM ANYWAY.

EVERYTHING WENT REALLY GOOD IN MY OPINION. THEY CAME ON TIME, DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND GOT OUT OF OUR WAY. MY CARPET LOOKED BRAND NEW WHEN THEY WERE DONE, SO I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.

THEY WERE A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS AMAZING. THEY WERE VERY QUICK AT GETTING THE JOB DONE IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I WAS VERY HAPPY TO HAVE THEM IN MY HOUSE. THEY ARE VERY POLITE, CLEAN, AND RELIABLE. THEY HELPED ME MOVE THE FURNITURE OUT AND BACK IN. THEY EVEN OFFERED TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY IF I NEEDED ANY MORE HELP.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY GET THE JOB DONE, AND THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME. EACH PERSON WHO COMES TO CLEAN IS DIFFERENT. WHEN YOU FIND A PERSON YOU LIKE, MAKE SURE TO KEEP ASKING FOR THEM.

I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY ALWAYS DO. IT'S JUST EXCELLENT. MY CARPETING LOOKS SO NICE AND CLEAN EVERY TIME THEY COME. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROMPT, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY.

There were no problems and I would hire them again. The rooms were properly cleaned and the stains removed. I found them to be excellent.

Stanley Steemer did a terrible job. I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. The carpets are not at all acceptable.

I feel that Stanley Steemer does a good job. The work was done very well. All the spots on my carpets are gone, and they look wonderful. I didn't have any problems with Stanley Steemer.

Stanley Steemer is the only company I use to clean our carpets. They do the carpets for five rooms and the furniture. What is really neat is they actually ask me to inspect the cleaning before they leave.

THEY ARE AN OKAY COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICES MANY YEARS NOW. THEY TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. THEY GET ALL THE STAINS AND DIRT OUT OF MY CARPET AND RUGS. THEY SEEM TO BE A POPULAR BUSINESS.
