It all starts with the person who runs the company, and Chris Holland is that person for Roofline Xperts of NC. Having a roof leak can be unnerving, but Chris convinced me upfront that he would fix my problem, fix it quickly and back up his work should anything go wrong. With pending issues I needed to tend to, Chris pulled to the materials needed, matched the roof shingles from 12 years ago, and scheduled the repair weighing a few days.. In our conversations Chris spoke about doing the job right, loyalty and integrityâ ¦Things you donâ t often hear from a roofing contractor. Was Roofline Xperts the low cost contractor? Couldnâ t tell you because itâ s hard to put a price tag on someone you can trust, does exactly what he promises, and follows up even after the job is done to make sure you are completely satisfied. New Roof? Roof problems? Give Chris a try. I highly doubt youâ ll be disappointed.

My Wife and I had storm damage (Heavy rain and wind) to our residence this year. My neighbor referred us to Roofline Experts of NC who had recently done his roof. He told me what a good job the crew did so I gave Chris Holland, the owner, a call. He told me he would be right over to take a look. Chris went onto the roof and located the damaged shingles. He came down and explained the kind and amount of damage and felt I had a valid insurance claim. I explained to him this was my first time ever having to file an insurance claim on my homeowners. He then explained that he had years of knowledge dealing with this and would assist me along the way. I then contacted insurance and scheduled an adjuster to come take a look. At this point I hired Chrisâ s company to complete the work because I could tell he was genuine and wanted to see me, his customer, taken care of. The roof replacement went fast and the crew kept my property clean during the entire process. Chris and his crew went above and beyond our expectations with his work and quality. He was very helpful and and kept in touch with me during the entire claim process. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him and his crew if you are in need of a new roof.

Had a great experience with RoofLine Xperts! We had a leak that we did not know if it was coming from our roof or upstairs bathroom and they were able to come out with a few hours of me calling them and they were able figure out the problem and came up with an inexpensive fix! It was a quick turn around to get his crew out there and get the job done. When they came not only did they fix the leak the left my entire property looking better then they found it. We I asked them to clean the roof of leaves and debris I didn't expect them to clean my skylight windows and blow and rake leaves from my porch, yard and driveway but they did! I could not recommend them more!

Chris is truly an expert in his field. My home was damaged from a heavy windy storm and I was seeking for roofing repair companies. I called couple companies and some quoted me outrageous repair cost. Chris returned my inquiry, him and his crew and took a look at the damage and assess the condition. He put on a temporary tarp to stop further damage and gave me a very reasonable quote. Since the damage was caused by Mother Nature. He also helped me with preparing the report for the insurance company for claim. Even though the insurance process took some time but Chris was patience and understanding. I followed his expertise and helpful advice. The job was fast and professional. I would highly recommend Chris due to his professionalism and knowledgeable in the business.

When asking friends who we should call, they referred us to Roofline Experts of NC from whom they knew of the owner personally. They stated his professionalism along with the quality of work would be superior to other roofing companies. I figured I had nothing to lose so I gave Chris Holland a call. He immediately scheduled an appointment with me the following day. He arrived ahead of the appointment and introduced himself to which I showed and explained the problem. Mr. Holland went onto the roof and located the problem areas. He came down and explained the reasons why I was having these problems. I explained to him this was my first time ever having to file an insurance claim on my homeowners. He then went into great detail of how this process would work and what i needed to do. Mr. Holland then put temporary tarps on my house until the insurance adjuster could get out to look at it and to prevent further damage. At this point I hired Mr. Holland and his company to do the work because he demonstrated he had my best interest. After contacting my insurance company, they showed up five days later to asses the damage. While waiting to hear their outcome, I noticed some more damage to a spare closet area that was leaking. I called Mr. Holland up and informed him and in about four hours he showed up and placed an emergency tarp over that area due to projected rainfall for the evening. He took pictures and submitted this to my insurance adjuster. After waiting for over two weeks for my insurance adjuster to call me about my claim, Mr. Holland contacted him to make sure he received the pictures of the damaged areas. Finally two days later the insurance adjuster called me to inform me they were only going to do a partial replacement due to my house being only 12 years old. I informed Mr. Holland of this and he replied, that is fine I just need to verify the make of your shingles so we can get a close match. Turns out the shingles I had were recalled and not being manufactured anymore. Mr. Holland was able to provide a letter from the original manufacturer to my insurance adjuster and was approved for a complete new roof. Mr. Holland made sure he replaced my shingles with a better quality than the original. He gave me in writing a 50 year warranty of the shingles. Talk about a bonus!! The repairs he made on the inside of the house were phenomenal, you couldnâ t tell there had been sheetrock damage. We sure are glad we met Mr. Holland and his company Roofline Experts of NC. If you are looking for superior work, honesty, and the BEST customer service, look no further! Mr. Holland went above and beyond our expectations with his work and quality. He navigated us through a difficult and stressful time. If you think by chance your insurance company is on your side think again!
