Orr Concrete

I’m really happy with the results of my concrete project with thanks to Orr Concrete. Bill and his team made quick work of what I needed and I really love the results of what I see. There pricing is fair based on what I needed. Bill was really good at communicating and helped me understand all aspects of the project. He was made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thanks to Orr Concrete I would highly recommend them to your concrete needs.

I wanted to give an honest and thorough review of my project since there weren't many on here. Bill is easy to work with, clearly communicated project details and timelines and I am happy with the final product. My project consisted of a stamped concrete patio, overall the patio is great. However, there were a few loose ends that previous review did mention. I asked Bill to put the back fill dirt in a specific area of my back yard, which ended up not happening, during the concrete pouring they had to transport the material in wheelbarrows, which I understand can get messy (I've done this before) but in my front yard right by my mailbox they left a shovels worth of concrete, I was not terribly happy about this, they also spilled some on my driveway and backyard. A few other items that left me a bit irritated was part of the frame was left up which I had to remove myself and there were a few nails leftover in my yard, being a pet owner I'm glad I found these before my dogs paws did. When Bill came to clean off the powder color, he used a pressure washer which I understand is standard practice, upon starting the powder is so fine, it was blown all over my deck and deck furniture, something I then had to go back and clean. Lastly Bill promised he would come back to seal my patio, I never heard from him, but I was planning to seal it myself anyway, because previous reviews stated he did the same to them. Overall, the final product is great and he had by far the best price by about $1,000. If you are looking for the best price and a bit of work on the back end and a small amount of oversight during, then Bill is your guy!

The driveway concrete pour was fine. Their debris dumpster damaged the street and HOA stated they may fine me. Sent picture of damaged street and no indication that damage will be corrected.

Bill has great communication ethic and is easy to get ahold of. His crew does great work and is conscientious of keeping the area clean

Bill and his team were complete professionals. We had a very long driveway paved and the prep work, concrete and clean up were all completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend Orr Concrete to others for a fair price and great work.

Five star ratings may be suspect. I mean, who's perfect? And it's not as if I have a lot of experience with concrete contractors. But there were no problems in my experience with Bill Orr and Orr Concrete. My project required some creativity on Bill's part, but he was up to the challenge. He kept me informed about what was going to be done, and he and his crew were prompt and conscientious. I always appreciate it when people tell me what they plan to do, and their actions match their words. That was the case with Orr Concrete.

I had great communication with Mr. Orr. He was very knowledgeable and had many good suggestions to make my job easy for me to understand. MY job was completed quickly and I was very satisfied with the results. I would recommend him highly .
