 + -1 moreThe installation process went very well. The installer was extremely knowledgeable and courteous throughout the installation. He explained the options available for security in a residential home and how the process would work before starting so I knew exactly what to expect. He thoroughly tested the system while in my home and made sure that it would work without any flaws before leaving. I was very impressed with both the professionalism of the installer as well as the home office in my dealings with this company. The monthly cost for the services they provide is quite affordable for me. Equipment came to $650 for the initial installation and my monthly cost now comes to $41 and some odd cents. My only wish where my security system is concerned is that it would be nice to be able to pay my monthly bill online through the company's website. At present, this is not possible. However, I would hope that option would be added in the future.
Description of Work: This company installed a security system in my house and also provided me with a medical alert system for personal use in the event of an emergency. The security system included security alarms as well as smoke alarms.
