We set up an appointment ahead of time to drop the car off for the day. They called us to tell us what needed to be done (i.e. replace tail light) and quoted us how much it would cost. They performed the work that day and we were able to pick up the car that afternoon. The final bill was even lower than what they had quoted. They seemed to be an honest place. We'd been told by another service place that our brakes needed to be replaced - and told Wasp automotive this. Wasp automotive said the brakes looked fine and didn't need to be replaced in their opinion. In addition, they said the tail light replacement went so quickly and easily that they charged less than the quote. They were also very nice on the phone and in person - which made the experience that much better.

They are awesome. They are quick, honest and dependable.

Went very well. I got there around 8:30 am, and there was work being done on their parking lot, so I had to park on the road in front (it's a small side street). I found my way around and after hanging out for a few minutes found where you need to check in by a bog board with appointments. They drove me to work and picked me up. My mechanic gave me a call to let me know of some upcoming issues, and we reviewed what was done when I got there. It came out to just under their estimate from the week before, including replacing an oil pan cap. He even removed what was left of a damaged heat shield (that I had known about for some time) and said it wasn't worth replacing. They're easy-going, courteous, attentive and down-to-earth.

In February, I took my car in and they immediately read the code and diagnosed the issue. They took the time to explain the issue and what was needed to correct it. I returned to them a few weeks ago when my check engine light came on again. Same drill. They checked the error code but this time they determined my gas cap was not tightened enough. The entire processs took less than 5 minutes. There were no charges to diagnose the problems in either case. The only charges I paid were for the replacement of my O2 sensor, labor and oil change. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. For my last repair I needed to bring my car in at noon. I dropped off my car, they gave me a ride to my workplace, car was ready by 5:30 pm. Based on several years of experience with them I have nothing but praise for their honesty, service, and prices.

If you have a Japanese car, take it here. They do great work. They diagnosed my car's problem correctuly right away. My car had been very, very slow to accelerate. After WASP's work, the car is faster than ever. They are polite and helpful. I trust them completely with my car.

I highly recommend them. They're very friendly. I like how they don't overcharge you for their services. They aren't afraid to give you a recommendation if you need to go somewhere else. I also appreciate that they don't push me to do work that doesn't need to be done at the moment. They've even done things for free in the past.

It always goes well. We've never been dissatisfied from any of the work they've done.

I've been taking my '95 Honda there for years. They've helped me get to > 184,000 miles on it. Wayne and Kevin are the mechanics that usually work on my car. And sometimes Pete helps with diagnostics. You can either wait in their pleasant waiting room or ask for a ride to work nearby. The team is very customer service oriented. A couple times when I couldn't get a problem to repeat itself when I took it in, they offered to have a mechanic drive it for a few days while I was on vacation so they'd have a greater chance of experiencing it, and that worked for them to solve the mysteries. Last time I was there for a routine oil change, Wayne noticed that I was a few weeks away from having my inspection done. By his thinking of this, it saved me another appointment the next month.

Excellent. They have serviced my car for several years. Best service I have ever had. Always discuss any problems and show it to you. They had pointed out that the clutch would eventually need to be replaced, but that it was ok for awhile. So this was not a surprise.

I have gone here for years for servicing of my imports, most recently for CV Axle and Air Conditioning check for my 95 Honda Civic. These guys are thorough with diagnosis and do not throw parts at a problem.
