Description of Work: Very helpful, courteous, professional mechanics. Auto needed repair to pass inspection which was completed as promised. Waiting was bit of a problem but it was worth the wait since they do a fantastic job. Definitely will use again.

Description of Work: The technicians were great. The receptionists were rude and I rarely hold this against people - I believe fully in compassion. They were not friendly and hardly acknowledged me when I dropped off the car. But when I came to pick it up, I arrived and after waiting to be acknowledged for a few minutes, the receptionist instead, went out to smoke a cigarette. Then when she finished and came back, she served another man who arrived after me before she would even turn attention to me. I did nothing that I can imagine to create such treatment. I appreciate the technicians, but I have gone to Tao Auto instead, paying much more but with most wonderful, polite and attentive service.

Description of Work: Wasp a group of dedicated auto repair men. They are honest and explain everything before repairs are made. Have used them for the last 4 years. They also will make as many repairs as you want to spend, very low pressure.
