Kingsford has done two houses for us so far, one in Siler City, one in Wake Forest. They are AWESOME!!! Very professional and respectful company, making sure everything was done to our expectations. We had a seal break on one of the sliding doors, they came out, fixed it, no problems, very prompt. We had to have the window fixed by the sink, again, no questions, no hard time, they came out. Then we called for my mom's place, needing siding,they came gave us a great estimate. Guys who came to my mom, were same ones that did the windows, even remembered a few things she had told them the first time they came out to do the windows. These guys are just the best. Don't think I would even call another company if I needed something done that they can handle. They made it painless.

The end result was a lovely sunroom. However, it took much longer than estimated.

They provided excellent communication throughout and the price was more than reasonable given the end results. We could not be happier because of the excellent work done! I have been looking into window replacements for a few years. I am so happy that I chose Kingsford. The quality of the windows is by far the best. I recommend them and will use them again for future work.

The workmanship was wonderful. They took the time to pull our banisters down and replaced all bad boards to make a smooth finish on the siding. Our complaints came with the office staff. When we signed our contract I made it adamantly known that we were in a time crunch, however every time we called to learn any sort of timing information we were shuffled around and never got any replies. Then the first 3 days, only 1 guy showed up to work on the house. I was told it would be done Fri or Sat, it wasn't finished till the following Fri (2 weeks). Overall good just be careful if in a hurry.
