Description of Work: Jose did amazing work. He showed outstanding craftmanship in the work that he did for us. We needed new brick pavers for our front porch because the original ones that Shea Homes put in were terrible and not secure. Jose was able to remove the horrible mess that was there and was able to redo everything the proper way. He was able to deal with nasty issues that the builder left such as non-level trim and hardiplank boards and he fixed all of that so the pavers would be perfectly level. Jose demonstrated a level of expertise that clearly shows why his schedule is always full of work. We really appreciated the high quality work that he and his team provides.

Description of Work: Jose and crew tore out our old stone wall and rebuilt it to match the existing newer part, repaired a newer part of the existing stone wall, widened paved driveway, tore out concrete steps and replaced with brick steps. Always punctual, the work was quick, efficient, clean and of superior quality. I have used Jose's company before at our other house and he is our go-to guy when we need any masonry work done. Nobody can tell where the newer part of the wall starts or stops. Also, the brick on our new steps matches our entryway steps perfectly. Jose Ledesma is a stellar craftsman

Description of Work: rebuilt stacked stone retaining walls around beds in the front of my home. I had to wait a month for Jose to be free but it was worth the wait. Jose and his crew (really just one other guy) Worked carefully and cleaned up the area when the job was complete. These walls were originally built just 5 years ago but did not hold up and began to deteriorate very soon after they were completed. I believe the walls Jose built will last much longer. Jose has very good communication skills too. When he came out to,give us the estimate, he told us that he was 4 weeks out in his schedule. I agreed to the price and he said he would be in touch. I was skeptical so I made a note on my calendar, but Jose was as good as his word so the work started when he had promised despite a lot of rain that caused delays. Jose is a real craftsman and I heartily endorse him!

Description of Work: Repaired brick steps on my front porch by removing and replacing deteriorated mortar and relaying loose bricks as necessary. Almost all of the mortar had to be replaced. The final results were excellent. The pointing looked truly professional and the color match was very close to perfect. Jose's team was well trained and polite. They showed up punctually both days of work and wasted no time. The price was in line with those I saw in other jobs rated on Angie's list. Jose was quick to return my first call and we coordinated the job quickly. All in all, I was highly satisfied and would recommend his services without hesitation.

Description of Work: Five year old home with flagstone front steps where many of the flagstone pieces had come out of the mortar or were loose year (what a shame!). Jose removed all of the flagstone, removed all of the mortar, and then placed the flagstone in new mortar.

Description of Work: He did a natural stone veneer on the front of our house and built us a new flagstone stoop, and he used fieldstone on the vertical walls.

Description of Work: Our gated community had 54 Stone columns that were deteriorating after 17 years due to original contractors use of incorrect cement mixture. On many pillars stones had fallen off and/or the pillars were cracking. Mr Ledesma was hired by the Home Owners Association (HOA) to repair all columns. He did meticulous work, removing all stones & old cement/grouting, restoring original stones or replacing with matching stones then re-cementing, re-grouting and sealing the new Stone Columns. He was also extremely punctual, responded to every request that the HOA Board made and upon completion performed complete cleanup of the area. Mr Ledesma was also very flexible when several unexpected changes were asked by the Board related to 2 specific issues and worked with the Board to make sure all work was to the satisfaction of our HOA.
