He was running quite late but kept me informed of his ETA by phone/text. Gave me information on how to do what I wanted with my cords (he couldn't do in alloted time) and hooked up my Roku and removed unused electronics. Service was fine/acceptable but not extraordinary.

Eric was very friendly and professional. He didn't mind showing me how he went about hiding the wires. The TV mount bracket and one hdmi cable was included in the deal. We needed an extra hdmi cable which cost an additional $99.00, but those cables are expensive if you buy it on your own too. It only took him a little over an hour. I gave him a B for punctuality, because he was 20 minutes late, and said he forgot the extra cable and had to go back for it.

We wanted to install an antenna and "cut the cord" at our house. I didn't see any easy way to disconnect the coax cable from the satellite dish in order to connect it to the antenna. So I left a message inquiring if Direct Digital Solutions would be able to help. He explained to me how to do that myself and offered to provide assistance over the phone if I got stuck. They could have just come out and charged me but he took the time to explain how simple it was so that I could do the project myself. He even contacted me on Sunday to see how my project was going.

Eric was very kind and easy to work with. He mounted the TV extremely quickly and hid wiring cleanly. Great contractor.

the work I had asked was completed in less than an hour. Since this was a 2 hour service, he was eager to help me with anything else. So he helped me setup and hang a chandelier too.

Provider did a great job and was very professional and offered additional advice and offered support even after the job was done. The price was right and we would definitely use him again.

Everything went great. Eric educated me on my product and advised me on how to fix my system after being mislead by a big box store. I followed his direction and now can enjoy music on my deck!

We paid for a big deal, but there was a miscommunication with the provider. He contacted us through Angie's List, but we did not check there, because we were expecting to hear from him either by telephone or our regular email (the practice of most providers). As a result, we did not respond to his suggestion for dates to do the work on Angie's List, and it has still not been done. Because this situation is the result of an honest mistake, and we hope to re-establish contact with the provider, this report is preliminary.

Eric was very professional and easy to work with. He showed up on time and was able to set up our surround sound in our bonus room and mount the television in our living room and bonus room. Further he was able to set up our surround sounds and got our subwoofer working that had been acting up. I would defenitely work with Eric again and I think the 2 hour deal is a great offer.

I did not use this provider

I purchased the 2 hour service for $79 and cancelled my purchase after speaking with them and being informed that it would take a entire day to reconnect the cables on my home theater receiver (that had been disconnected after I had carpet installed) and to connect 2 additional speakers by running the wire against the wall right above my kitchen cabinets (not behind the wall). The wall is right next to my home theater system. I think I could do it myself in less than 2 hours. We agreed that this offer would not work out for me and I should get my money refunded. I contacted Angie, as well. So far I have not heard from Digital solutions - nor Angie about my refund. I had to open a credit card dispute. This is a black eye for Angie, as well as for Digital Solutions.

They did a great job. Very nice and very helpful. He worked until he fixed the problem. He had a very good work ethic.

WORKED WITH ME FOR AN APPOINTMENT. VERY PUNCTUAL. PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. OFFERED A SOLUTION TO A PROBLEM AND IS RETURNING WITH SOME ADDITIONAL ELECTRONICS. I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE HIM BACK AND RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

Arrived on time and checked surround sound installation. Noted two leads were not installed, corrected same and simplified remote as well.

They did not contact me for a month (during which time all ny suggested service dates had come and gone.) By that time I was disgusted by the lack of professionalism and debating whether to use them or not. Eventully I decided to ask for a refund, and not have my tv mounted.

We went with them because they were a featured deal from Angie's List. They charged us more than they quoted.

The provider refused to honor the Deal as it is listed. The Deal is advertised to cover all the services I need (TV wall mounting, installing a sound bar, etc.) and he wanted to charge me more and more money when all of the services I needed should have been covered per the terms of the Deal. I understand that if I had a lot more work that needed done there would have been additional charges, but this was a basic install and should have been covered per the terms of the Big Deal. I feel that the description of the Deal is very misleading in reference to what he is actually willing to do so I have contacted Angie's List for a refund of the Deal.

I needed to upgrade my entire AV system in my living room. Relocate and hide exposed wiring. Set up a wireless network. Install a theater surround system & configure infrared controls with remote control through my smart phone. They did a great job. Everything works and functions 100% better than before. Will use them again for upgrades.

Direct Digital Solutions was very honest & upfront with me with their hourly costs before we booked a service date. Because their hourly rates are so high, I am guessing they have had problems in the past with the shock of the cost. I did not book any service with them as the rate was so high and they said they would refund my Angie's List Big Deal coupon.

They did very well. They arrived promptly and did a nice job. They were prompt and efficient. I have no complaints about the service. The price was fair and very reasonable.

The TVs look great. He mounted and installed 2 TVs with the mounting system that I previously purchased. He also connected all peripherals and re-synced my removed so I could use just one remote!! Very happy with the service.
