Back when we were first time homeowners and my husband was in graduate school, I attempted to do many repairs myself. They would sell me the right tools and walk me through the repair process, which I sincerely appreciated. We have since used them for all of our plumbing and heating services. We will continue to use them and have been very happy.

Everything has been wonderful. They have done a great job and we will continue to use them.

Company overall very responsive, punctual and professional. Diagnostics and minor fixes accomplished quickly, professionally and with helpful feedback.

It went fine. He did offer a service package where they would come and check our heating and air twice a year. We haven't had any problems.

They quoted 1200 dollars with a middle of the line quality tank, this is way over priced. I found a company that did this for 800 dollars with the top rated tank on the market.

Extremely fast response. I called on a Monday morning, they had the new water installed by the end of the day. Very happy with the work. I now feel that I might have overpaid by quite a bit ...

Did not probe in yard for outside access to sewer.

They did a great job. They were very clean during the project and cleaned up well after themselves, too. We were very pleased with the work. We did get a couple of bids for the work and they weren't the cheapest, but they were reasonbable.

The plumber worked efficiently and installed quality replacement parts in the toilet. The water level problem in the toilet has definitely been resolved. However, we're now hearing the trickling sound again, indicating that there may be some other issues that have yet to be identified. I don't consider this a fault of the plumber, though; as often seems to happen, the sounds that led to the initial call weren't happening when he arrived, so he didn't have all of the evidence from which to diagnose the problem. Under the circumstances, his assessment made good sense and the action he took has reduced frequency of the sounds we'd been hearing. We just may have more work yet to go.

I called around 9 am and asked if someone could come out that day. The man was at my house at 10:15 am. he was very nice and professional. He took care of the problem in about 15 minutes and left no mess. It was very easy and fast.

They were punctual and professional. Price was a bit higher than I had anticipated but they used a high-quality pump and the worksmanship looked good. Job was done within 2 days of starting and within a week of placing the request.

Service tech showed up and put on boot covers. I explained to him the dripping noise I was hearing and reproduced it for him. He told us about our options of opening the walls to verify a leak, but also said that he was certain that that wasn't the problem. He explained that with the type of PVC drain pipe that the house was built with, that the type of echoing we were hearing was normal. He checked to see if we owed anything for the service call, but because they rescheduled it was waived.

Appointment was scheduled for about 3 days after my call. The guy they sent was right on time and they called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous and knew exactly what to do. Quickly removed the old disposal, capped off the electrical wires, and installed new pvc pipes and drain. Done in about an hour, and price was exactly what was quoted. My only disappointment was with the service call fee. The fee seemed high (about $75 I believe), but I have never had to call a plumber before, so maybe that is a typical price.

We purchased a new faucet and garage disposal to go with the new sink that was part of our granite installation. Brian reconnected the sink and installed the faucet and disposal. Because he was dealing with 20-year-old plumbing, pipes didn't match up exactly, so he had to get some special flexible piping material to connect the faucet and sink pipes, and he had to figure out how to connect the older dishwasher to the new garbage disposal as the house had never had a disposal before. It took two visits because of having to get special parts. Between visits, we had some very cold weather, and on the day of our second scheduled appointment, he had to deal with two emergency situations instead, but the office called me early that morning, explained the situation, apologized, and scheduled another time. This was not a problem for us because we had not moved into the house yet. Everything was finished to our complete satisfaction on that rescheduled visit.

The plumber came the day after I called and was there when promised. They were courteous and professional, gave me a quote for the job on the spot. I agreed to the price, although I thought it was a little high. I am familiar with what had to be done, as I had done the job myself several years ago. This is a hard job to do by oneself, so it was worth it to me to pay. The job was completed in a few hours, the workers cleaned up everything after it was done, and the cost was exactly what was quoted, even though the pump was a little more expensive than they anticipated, as they replaced a half horse pump with a 3/4 horse pump. The thing I looked the most about this particular plumber was his attention to detail and excellent workmanship. He did the job like I would have done it myself. I would call these people back without hesitating for any other repairs.

I wasn't pleased with the toilet they put. My shower door wouldn't open properly because of the large toilet that they installed. I called and complained and they sent somebody but they couldn't find my bill but they were only interested in finding my bill. To this day no one has ever called me back.

He did the job, but I think it was too expensive for what he actually did.

They were on time and efficient. I was a bit surprised the cost was so high for such a simple job. I was expecting under $200. I may try someone that others in my neighborhood have used and recommended to get a lower price. I have used Benjamin Franklin before and they have always done good work. Just seems a bit pricey. Probably pretty standard for bigger company. Update: When they replaced the faucet, they left the old shut-off valves under the sink and installed the new ones on above them on the line. Inconvenient (the hose for the sprayer gets caught on the old shut-offs), but more importantly, the old shut-offs were in bad shape and I expected they would cut them off and install the new shut-off to replace it (I could not be home when the work was done). Not surprisingly, the old shut-offs started leaking and I believe is the caused of the rust and bits of metal in the water line. This has clogged the aerator and probably is responsible for the leaking in the faucet stem and the reduced spray in the sprayer. Now we have to have someone come out again to fix this.

Great- the plumber was punctual, professional, informative and tidy. He even helped me out with a coupon!

Did good work. Were prompt and punctual. Price was exorbitant for the amount of work, I thought. Get firm initial estimate.

Technician arrived on time, had all the right parts. It was a very dirty job, and he really knew what he was doing, took time to explain to me what had happened, showed me all the failed old parts, etc. It was possibly a bit more expensive than I thought, and maybe someone else could have done it cheaper, but it was a massive pump made to last 30 years so I don't think they were terribly expensive.

The man was very professional and immediately diagnosed the problem. It was a simple fix so he felt that it didn't meet the most simple of repair charges. SO he suggested just charging the most simple service charge that was less than half of the most simple repair charge. He then called the main office to see if he even needed to do that- and found out there was a special for new customers and then waived the service fee! Final cost $0!!! The plumbers are employees and are salaried so there is no incentive to "find things wrong" or fix things that may not need to be fixed. Furthermore, the work is guaranteed- so you really cannot go wrong! We will definitely call them in the future!

David was very professional as well as personable. He explained what he was doing and the problem with the old disposal. He was very clean in doing his work. He was finished fairly quickly. He gave me an estimate on some additional plumbing work I was thinking about having done in the near future. I would definitely use him again.
