Dani did a wonderful job of putting in drains, boxes, river rocks and grading our property. He kept us informed each step of the process and we knew what he would be able to do and what we should expect from his work. Since the completion of the job he has come back by just to check to see if we have any questions and that everything is going well. From day 1 Dani came out and explained everything that needed to be done and what the expense would be. They showed up on the day scheduled, worked tirelessly until the project was completed, and explained things as they went. When the encapsulation was complete, Dani came back by and explained to us how the system worked and made sure it was running correctly. Every step of the process was done as promised, very efficiently, and it was like they were never there as far as cleanup. I would Highly recommend this company to anyone. This is the second time I have hired a drainage contractor. The company before Sealtech buried about 50 concrete pavers in the trench while I was away at Lowes. Needless to say I did not call them back. Sealtech sent a three man crew out. They dug up the sod (Bermuda) and saved it to put back. Then they hand dug a trench about 200 feet. They cut out four feet of concrete very neatly, then installed a 4-inch schedule 40 PVC pipe (the thick stuff), not the corregated black junk. They captured one gutter and installed a drain basin where water would mass during heavy rain. The crew did not damage any utilities during the entire process After they filled in the trench and placed the sod back you could hardly tell anything was done. I can say I am highly satisfied. I cannot wait for the first heavy rain.

SealTech installed drainage in our backyard. We had gotten two quotes but get that Dani (owner) was more knowledgeable and professional so we went with them. The crew got done in two days and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Also, there is a five year warranty on the work. Highly recommend this company.

French drains were put in my yard from one end to the other and around the side -- a big area that was holding water and ruining my lawn. Dani was very knowledgeable and accessible. Dani Andino was very humble and projected honesty when I first met him. He described what was needed to install a French Drain and provided what I thought was a fair price. After getting a few quotes from others, I contacted Dani and we set up a time to meet for him to personally inspect my crawlspace. He reviewed all with me and said heâ d have a quote within 24 hours. Dani, took time to explain everything and detailed how they would go about it. On the day agreed on to start, his team was at the house almost an hour before the stated time, ready to go to work. Dani himself came later to pitch in and help. When the job was finished, everything was cleaned up and removed from the property. Danny performed waterproofing in my crawlspace 3 years ago. He did an exceptional job. He came today to check the area and make sure all continues to be well. This is his 2nd visit since initial work. He reminds me of when it is time for a check. He changes the filter and cleans out the hose underneath. Checks to make sure sump pumps are working well and all is dry. He takes his time and makes suggestions as needed. This young man is very professional, very knowledgeable in his field. He is honest and trustworthy. He is definitely the cream of the crop. I appreciate the fact that he does great work and then stays in touch with you for maintenance as and if needed. Dani and his team are rare in business today. I expected that there would be quality work done (and it was). I expected that the team would be thorough and courteous (and they were). What impressed me most was each and every-time that I called Dani, he answered the phone. Even if he was otherwise busy, he took my call, and ASKED if he could call me back (and he did). When the team said that they would arrive a 09:00, they arrived ten minutes earlier. I had a big job that needed doing and it was expensive (and I expected it). But when you balance cost with value, then having a budget is your best answer. Upon completion of the work, and the bill had been paid, I had a few questions.
