I had been communicating with Todd Owens the owner of H2No leveling services for my drive way at my home that I was currently in negotiation with buyers on how they wanted to proceed on this job and let him know that the current interested buyers of my home may not be interested in his service. I had also provided the new buyers the quotes and let them know if they had questions to call Todd directly. I had a voice conversation and text with him the week prior to these services stating that we would have to pause/cancel on this service as the new proposed owners of the home were not interested in this repair service and they would replace the entire driveway. Todd then contacted me on Sunday the 16th of February stating he was showing up on Monday to perform the work and service and proceeded to remind him that we were pausing or canceling because the new owners did not want to proceed with his service. He then proceeded to text me stating I would be responsible for his materials costing for this job while he did not perform any services or step foot on my property. All of this is transpiring with out any contract or signed estimate proceeding with the service. I am looking for this invoiced to be rescind and pulled back and canceled as we are currently trying to purchase a new home and if this progresses can impact my credit report and could jeopardize my ability to get a loan or reduced interest rate/term. Please proceed expeditiously. This current business owner advertises as an elite Angies member.

Todd did a great job leveling the slabs of our driveway and sealing all joints and cracks. He does all the work himself and is very meticulous doing the work. He cleaned up all the scraps and driveway before he left.

He's extremely knowledgeable on the science and answered all of my many questions about not only the process, but causes of my issues and further solutions to implement in the future. Awesome service and company, amazing guy. I'll definitely be working with him in the future on some additional home projects.

I hired Todd to do some Concrete Leveling at my 68 year old home. The cement on my porch had sunk noticeably which had me concerned. Todd did a very good job at a reasonable price. He was very thorough and conscientious. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs that type of work done.

He doesnâ t try to upsell you want anything. Very straightforward and let you know what may or may not work for the job. He was a third of the cost of some of the bigger named companies. And I would definitely hire him again if I need another job done.

Todd did great work on leveling our driveway where washout had occurred underneath. Due to COVID supply cost increases, it was a little more than I hoped to spend (thus the 4.5 stars on value), but Todd was really transparent with us about that up front. Would recommend H2No! for anyone looking to level concrete slabs!

It looks unbelievable. Will keep Todd in mind for future projects.
