It went well!
Description of Work: I had a 10 year old 4 ton Payne Gas Pack system replaced with a Trane Dual Fuel XL16. I find Mike the owner to be very professional, honest, fair and to have a very good work ethic. I have found he actually cares about his customers and really wants to do the best job possible. He also put in the 10 year old system that was just replaced. I have a rental home that he will be putting in a new system also. He has spent time quoting me several units various different ways to stay in a budget I wanted. Excellent company!

Description of Work: Apparently HVAC repair companies charge a $90 service fee for just diagnosing residential problems. This company lowered its fee by $20 since there was a coupon in the local newspaper. The technician arrived on time, discovered and quickly repaired the problem, changed an air filter, collected his fee and left. He was pleasant, thorough, and professional. Would contact this company again if needed.
