Ricky sanded and stained our entire downstairs wood flooring and replaced a few planks that were water damaged. He addressed my concerns, gave me honest recommendations and a reasonable quote. He was always quick to respondu and when the project was finished, he even came back to fix a few areas that needed a touch up. We are glad we worked with Ricky on our home project.

Quick and efficient

Ricky refinished and repaired the wood floor in my 1940s home. He gave me the best estimate out of three. He used a technique called "water popping" to stain the floor. This allowed the stain to go on more even, and deeper into the wood for a rich dark finish. (dark walnut) His repair work is excellent. The repair required him to custom cut the boards. There are no visible differences between the old wood floor and his repair. He was professional, punctual , and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

We needed some wood flooring repaired due to water damage. I thought the floor would have to be completely replaced, but Ricky believed that it could still be refinished (saving me considerable money). As it turns out, he was right. He refinished the floor, and it looks absolutely beautiful. I would strongly recommend Ricky to anyone who wants a professional job done right with their wood floors.

Begged for the job. Laid lvp flooring. Seams buckling from bad install. I brought to his attention and he said he would come back to replace planks, he ghosted me because I had already paid him. Now he will not return my calls. Do not use him. I will remove this once he resolves issue.

Ricky was great! He showed up same day and tried the easiest repair option first before he recommended the more invasive option which was to pull the floor up and replace it. He ended having to pull up the damaged flooring. He cleaned up after himself and repaired our engineered hardwood. You can't tell there was water damage! Ricky is very professional and does great work. Hire him!

Ricky Brooks is very quick to come up with his estimates. He is always on time and works diligently. He listens when you need something and does a good job. We got a part of our Bruce hardwood floors in the library and the entire stairwell and rails sanded and refinished.

I had a squeaky subfloor beneath the carpet in one of my bedrooms, and it was also not level with a hump on one end of the room. Mr. Brooks showed up quickly to examine the problem, gave me a quote, scheduled the project, and got the job done in a time frame I asked for.
