The owner of the company gave me plenty of time to get my HOA approvals done and provided the needed descriptions of the project. I see another review which indicated no permits were pulled. The owner of the company indicated the project could be completed with or without a permit pulled. Now, this is specific for my unique project, the point is I was informed of the options and chose how I wanted to proceed. Overall, I am pleased with the work performed by Russ' team and would use them for other projects.
