Called ahead and gave us the precise time of arrival. Very courteous and efficient. Would recommend for all plumbing jobs.

Brian did a good job of comunicating exactly the scope of work so there were no surprises or confusion. His price for a complete rebuild of the laudry fixture area and associated drains was fair and he them time he took was very close to what he quoted. Prior to doing the job we talked through a few scenarios and gave me solutions and why they would be best. All in all very pleased.

Brain from Brian W Long Plumbing Inc Company was extremely responsive. There is nothing that he could have done better. He fixed the valve on the toilet. The next day we realized that we had a leak in the waterline. He came out over the Labor Day weekend and fixed it for me. He did a great job. I would use his services again in the future.

I recommend him highly. He looks for all alternatives. He actually found the water heater had dent in it and picked it up. He is an all around good guy. He is going to be my plumber. I would use him in the future.

My wife and I were looking to buy a house and had a few plumbing related issues we needed looked at. After reviewing a number of plumbers on AL I decided to give Brian a call. While we didn't have Brian fix anything yet (we'd not bought the house yet) he was quick to reply to my call, punctual, professional, helpful and honest. I grew up helping my dad fix things around the house and I know enough about plumbing to know Brian was being honest and not yanking my chain about anything and I really appreciate that. Now that we've bought the house I intend to call Brian again only this time I will have him fix some of the issues we had him check out for us last month.

I first used Brian in February of this year to replace all of the toilets in our house. Several of them overflowed repeatedly. After speaking with him on the phone and taking his recommendation for the type of toilet to buy, he came out with hi bother and they quickly replaced all of them and disposed of the old ones. He gave me an estimate beforehand and added different scenarios in case he found something unexpected. He and his brother were very professional. His brother even repaired our garage door while he was here! Last week I walked into our office (here at home) and found water dripping from the ceiling and down the walls. I called him immediately and begged him come out! He was able to come that afternoon; and after several frustrating hours and numerous holes in the walls and ceilings he found and repaired the leak. We have a second leak that he was able to determine was coming from the roof and was not a plumbing problem (insurance will deal with that one). His price is always fair. He is prompt, professional, and very kind. I also like that when I call I speak to him rather than a company operator. Would definitely recommend him!

My overall experience was good. I do not recall how much I spent for his service, but it was reasonable. Brian is a nice guy who's honest and upfront about the cost.

Brian did a terrific job for us on two jobs. He was quick to respond to our requests for service and the quality of his work was outstanding. He worked very hard to the water line leak repaired over the Labor Day weekend. He expained what he was doing and he charged us a reasonable amount to complete both jobs that we had him do.

He was fabulous. I didn’t pay anything for his services. He’s very personable and customer service oriented. His prices are fabulous. He quoted me for what he thought needed to be done, but it was just a quick fix and he didn’t charge me anything at all. His quote was extremely reasonable. He’s good as far as time management is concerned. He tells that when he says he’s going to. I will absolutely use his services again in the future.

Brian Long Plumbing did a fantastic job, and was very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased. His customer service and determination to do the job right is top notch. Our leaking water ran to a water meter that was under the roots of a 30 year old oak tree and power lines and gas lines. An awful situation for anyone needing to dig. Brian and his crew did everything they needed to do to get the job done right, going beyond what I expected. I don't usually write reports but I was so pleased with the work , his professionalism, and customer service that I felt it necessary to tell others how worthwhile it is to hire this plumber. I have had other plumbers to my home and by far he has been the best. I also found him to be very reasonably priced.

Service was very good. We were concerned about plumbing service quotes not being honored. Brian quote for his service and the final total was exactly as quoted. Would highly recommend.

Brian was easy to get in touch with and was able to come out the same day, arriving exactly at the time he scheduled. Brian was polite and professional. He explained what had happened and the process and time it would take to fix it. It took over 5 hours to fix.

Everything has been great and his pricing was reasonable. One repair was $200 and the other was $150. Nothing has gone wrong since he did the repairs. I would definitely recommend him and I would use him again.

Brian helped us out with the repair of two plumbing issues in our bathrooms. He also provided useful feedback regarding our outside faucets, which we will have repaired at a later date. He was professional, organized, and very helpful.

We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink 4 days before our wedding and 2 days before guests starting arriving at home from out of town. I looked on Angie's list and chose to call Brian. First he was responsive, which we needed. Second, he came and gave us an estimate that day. He didn't promise what he couldn't deliver. Sometimes we don't like to hear that it can't be repaired immediately. But he told us what it would take and how much time. It turns out that the plumber who did work before was using parts that were cheap. He arrived an hour late on the day of the work, but called to let us know he would be late before he was scheduled to be there. It was not a big deal. He not only fixed the leak but fixed it right with quality parts. I could tell by his truck, the parts, his thorughness, and demeanor that he was a professional. The plumbing was fixed in the time he said it would take and for the amount he quoted. I would call him back. Update 7/14/2014 I don't often read responses and I just read this one. It's too bad the Brian is willing to terminate a relationship with us when all I did was state the facts. I thought he was professional all along. Yes he did return to our house with the signature problem - we just got married and hadn't joined our accounts yet. I appreciated him rectifying and if he was charged for the return I wish he would have said something; we would have been happy to pay the $25.00. I stand by my review. He was great, but when asked about punctuality I answered honestly. If he wants to terminate our relationship that's his choice. He is a service provider and has the right to refuse anyone. But his response is a case of a mountain out of a molehill, and perhaps says more about him then us.

Great; he did the work quickly; we have had no problems under the sink since he repaired the pipes.

They were very thorough, friendly, and professional. They were cost effective, explained things well, and gave us choices to choose from rather than selecting the most expensive option for us.

The first time Brian came to my home to assess a leaking water heater. He went back and completed the job he was working on and then bought the water heater, returned to my home and installed until 9pm. Even though he worked late, he did not charge for any "overtime" which I would have been happy to pay. A toilet at my local business overflowed and he came the same day I called, repaired the toilet, was neat and cleaned up when he was finished. His charges were very reasonable.

I had a hot water heater I believed needed repairs. I contacted Brian, explained to him what the issues were with the appliance, and after a couple of phone calls, (so he could determine what was wrong) he talked me through what was wrong with the hot water heater and I was able to get it working without a service call. He told me that my brand of hot water heater was not one he was able to provide warranty work on so (in the event it ever needed warranty work) he at that point actually provided me with the names of OTHER plumbing companies that could do the job! Brian was awesome! He could have charged me to come out, give me an estimate, maybe "fix" it but instead he was honest and helped with a phone call. If I ever have a need for plumbing services in the future, Brian is the ONLY person I will call. He demonstrated an honesty you just don't see anymore.

I really liked the guy who came out. He was really friendly. He did the job in the time he thought he would take. I don’t know how to rate him on price. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
