It went great; everything was as their sales/customer relations representative said it would go. Jaime was wonderful to work with. We had originally planned a two-day installation, but because of my husband's and my work/travel schedule, it ended up taking three days over a two-week period, and they were very gracious and accommodating about that. The installers cleaned everything up very nicely (everyone says they will, but they usually don't--Warner's really did clean up exceptionally well). I have a lot of respect for the work the installers did--very professional; you can't see the seams at all.

The manufacturer failed to produce the carpet 2-3 times up to their own quality control standards.through no fault of Warner's who sells and installs the carpets. But the president of Warner's came to our home to break the news that the manufacturer was actually going to discontinue the carpet and he wanted to personally offer us an upgrade to another whole level of carpet at the same price. Their installation guys are the best. You'll never have to restretch the carpet.

Overall, they did a great job. Their installers were awesome. They followed up, and they did what they said they would do. The owner got involved and made a last minute change so the installers could be at my house two days in a row instead of missing a day. They showed up when they said they would. They moved the furniture really well and took a lot of care with putting the carpet down. The salesperson that came to the house and measured did a good job too, and they kind of worked with me on making the right selection of carpet. It took the carpets about four or five weeks to get in, which was kind of what they had committed to. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

My husband dropped off our rug and was told that it would be two weeks until it was ready. I called close to 2 weeks and asked what day that week the rug would be ready. The person who answered told me that it may not have even gone out yet for cleaning and would not be ready for at least two more weeks.I had assumed the rugs were cleaned there and so said we would just pick up the rug. When I expressed surprise that the rugs were cleaned off premise, she said that was their business and none of my concern. She said she would check to see if it had gone out yet and call me back. She did not call me back. I called back and she still had not checked. I asked for the manager to call me back. He said the rugs are cleaned near the factory and with the economy down, they were not making as many trips as they had before. He said the rug had indeed gone out and would be back the following Tuesday. When we arrived to pick up the rug, I waited a long time for the clerk to find someone to load the rug and when the man came. He looked very aggravated. He never spoke to me or my husband at all. He put the rug in our truck, turned and walked away. I was surprised because all previous dealings with this business had been pleasant. We have purchased 4 rugs from Warners in the last three years and 2 in 2003.

A Warner's sales person did an on site room inspection and measurements. This sales person failed to provide pricing in a reasonable time. Therefore we contacted Mr. Warner, the owner, to get a new sales person and pricing. The price of the total carpet and installation was higher than wall to wall installation due to cost of binding. The price of the carpet appeared a little higher than other carpet supplier but may be due to the type of carpet that was not found at the other suppliers. We have bought area rugs from Warner Carpets in the past and have been satisfied with those products but this was our first time to purchase a wall to wall carpet from Warner's.

It went really well. They got blood stains out from a bleeding dog. They were very friendly and nice. They were also very professional in dealing with us. It took us about two weeks to get it cleaned.

We have used Warners to purchase and clean rugs for many years. They have always given us wonderful service. Always are punctual, let us know the time of pickup and delivery. They are extremely careful moving furniture and are very exact in replacing the rugs upon delivery. Can't endorse them enough and rugs came out looking like "new" old oriental rugs.

The experience started out great. The salesman was very knowledgeable and recommended some carpeting that I hadn't even considered. The installation was pretty much the opposite. They sent out a crew that was pretty much nasty and anti-social. We got into an argument right off the bat when they tried to remove some hinge pins with a chisel. When I objected to this, the foreman of the crew got mad at me and basically told me to get out of the way and shut up. The overall quality of the job was a problem. One seam had a color mismatch. When I complained about it, the salesman was suddenly no longer available. The owner of the company came out and said that it looked like the same color to him and invited me to sue him. I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

They were very friendly and provided a recommendation that worked.

The advice was correct, clear, and provided information on which to base options (such as re-fringing the rug). Craig provided fringe samples, in color and length. The rug was promptly cleaned and re-fringed, and they even re-edged the entire rug for no additional charge. I was called and told that the rug was ready. I received prompt assistance on a very busy day at Warner's, with staff moving with me to the warehouse where cleaned rugs are stored. It was exceptional customer experience, and I will take all my rugs to Warner's for cleaning. If I ever need carpet (I have hardwood floors), I will certainly go to Warner's.

He came over with samples and measured and told me he would send me an estimate and I have not heard from him.

BILL BURKE'S KNOWLEDGE IS WHAT KEEPS ME GOING BACK. HE GUIDED ME THROUGH MY FIRST TIME CARPET-SHOPPING, ANSWERING ALL QUESTIONS I HAD AND EVEN THOSE I DIDN'T THINK TO ASK. COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE ORDERING PROCESS WAS ALSO TOP-NOTCH. 1100 SQ/FT OF CARPET WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED IN A MATTER OF HOURS, AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS IMMACULATE. I NOT ONLY WOULD USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE, BUT AM CURRENTLY IN TALKS TO RE-CARPET DOWNSTAIRS ROOMS. COULD NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH.
