 + -1 moreI am extremely pleased with Bryan's work and would highly recommend United Security of America. He was prompt, personable and respectful. He went beyond the call of duty. From my very first call for information, Bryan was cooperative and helpful. The installation was smooth and he took a lot of time to explain the system to me. I am very happy that I chose United Security of America and I would rate them A+ if that rating was available.
Description of Work: Bryan Burns designed and installed a brand new wireless security system in my home.

 + -1 moreMr. Burns scheduled within days of my call to look at system. I then was able to schedule for the work within the following week. Both Mr. Burns and his employee were very professional. They came to the house and spent about six hours completing the work. They gave me a thorough training before leaving and provided a manual. Mr. Burns also invited me to call him directly with any questions that might arise. He was a pleasure to work with- particularly after having dealt with a number of the big name firms in town. I would wholeheartedly recommend his company.
Description of Work: We had an existing alarm system that was malfunctioning. We wanted repair and monitoring. Mr. Burns offered to either simply repair current system or move to the system that he uses for the same price. We went with his system as we planned to continue working with him in the future and thought it would be easiest. He replaced two keypads, and a CO detector, and the central panel. We also added a glass break. We got a 1 year contract for monitoring for $25/month.

Description of Work: A non-Angies list friend recommended this company to me. I called on a Tue., the owner came out Wed. and gave me an estimate and complete details about how the system worked. There already was a security system in the house, and he made reasonable recommendations with respect to upgrading it, adding features and deleting some that were not practical. He did not push upgrades that did not make sense for my home. I asked if he could do that work that day, and he fit me in, although it meant doing the work over two days. I have found the system very easy to use so far.
