Description of Work: Had Jimie clean and regrout chimney. Also had him come back and clean Dryer Vent. He was thorough, did a great job cleaning up, explaining why to our grandkids and us, and is a true professional.

+ -1 moreJIMMEE WAS FANTASTIC. I CALLED HIM THE WEEK THAT THE TEMPERATURES, EVERY DAY, WERE AROUND 100 DEGREES. THE OTHERS I CALLED WERE UNWILLING TO WORK, I DID NOT KNOW WHY UNTIL JIMMEE MENTIONED THE ROOF TEMPERATURE. HE WAS THOUGHTFUL, THOROUGH, AND PROFESSIONAL EVEN IN THE SEARING HEAT. HE WROTE A COMPLETE REPORT STATING WHAT HE FOUND, WHAT HE DID, AND ANY RECOMMENDED REPAIRS HE MIGHT ANTICIPATE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE. IN ADDITION, I MUST MENTION THAT I HAD READ HE ARRIVED IN TOP HAT AND TAILS AND HE DID, EVEN IN THE HEAT. THIS TOTALLY CHARMED THE FAMILY THAT LIVED IN THE CONDO, AND WAS A GREAT ICE BREAKER WITH THE FAMILY THAT OCCUPIED THE CONDO.
