The sales rep kindly guided us from replacing the entire kit (at more than double the end cost of our repairs), into just replacing the control system and pan. The technician was on time and efficient in making the repair and the new system works perfectly (and safely). Labor costs, as a share of the total, seemed a little high. Maybe more competition is needed in this market, or it would be better to pay a third-party to do the installation work. Product looks and works great.

He arrived early, and took the time to examine every possible cause of the problem. Each part of the gas log system was scrutinized, and he finally identified that some switches were loose and not in full contact.

We shopped most outlets in town for all weather patio furniture and found H&P to have the best selection in terms of variety and quality. They mistakenly delivered the wrong KNF Mosaic table. These tables are custom made and so the turn around time on replacing the it was a bit long. Still, we are very happy with the furniture and quality of service.

They had to come out twice but they got the problem fixed. They did a good job.

Hearth and Patio installed our corner unit gas fireplace in February. It was vented through the roof. We then had the roof re-shingled. Leaking was discovered in May. I called Hearth and Patio to report the leak and Jerry (who sold us the fireplace and installed it) came to inspect. He repaired the flashing on the roof, even though it was caused by the men who installed the shingles. He would accept no payment.

We visited the showroom to look at gas log models on display. Jimmy discussed the pros and cons of vented versus vent-free gas logs. He put together an estimate on a model we were interested in. We returned a week later to place an order and it was Jimmy's day off, but another salesman (Dan?) offered to take the order for Jimmy. Dan called the distributer to see if our model was in stock and ordered it on the spot and we set an installation date. Jimmy arrived promptly with another worker and installed the fireplace in about 3 hours. They arrived promptly and cleaned up the area when they were through. This is our second fireplace bought at Hearth and Patio. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Shelly is an excellent salesperson. She helped me choose the best unit for our needs and home configuration. She also kept me abreast of delivery issues. The two installers set the unit up with no mess and no mistakes. It was great to have a lit fire in the box right away! I would definitely go back to Hearth & Patio.

PRESENTLY WAITING FOR TWO PLASTIC CLIPS FOR THE CHAIRS THAT DID ARRIVE WITH MY ORDER.. PARTS HAVE BEEN ORDERED.

VERY HELPFUL IN SELECTING THE GAS LOGS FOR MY FIREPLACE.

PURCHASED DECK FURNITURE. VERY HELPFUL, GREAT FOR SPECIAL ORDERS. SENSITIVE TO MY BUDGET, THEY REALLY GO THE EXTRA MILE AND PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
