Greg responded immediately to my request, came out the next day , inspected, and gave me a very reasonable estimate the following day. He made the repair a few days later. Later in the month, the leak re-occurred after heavy rains. He immediately came back and on re-inspection found a pinhole in the flashing. He made the repair at no additional charge. He was very punctual and professional and I would certainly use his services again

Installed all the exterior trim on a 2800 sqft house plus sided a 440 sqft two level addition and a 144 sqft enclosed porch. all the work was very good, good-tight joints. The crew worked consistently around some very difficult roof conditions.

Of the 3 contractors that came to my house for an estimate on my roof repair, Greg at Steele Restoration actually did a full walk through of the project to give me an estimate that "felt" sincere and earnest. His bid came in less than a ball park figure I received from other estimates. Completely honest and sincere, I appreciate his work ethic and quality work. Thank You Greg! Of note, please know that there are contractors I've experienced in this process that the estimate I received was 5 times higher and felt like he was working to swindle me on the price. So, it pays to have a number of bids on the project to get a better feel for the work. I can't recommend Greg highly enough. Will definitely recommend to other customers.

The job and overall communication was very good. There was some problem with Greg’s crew being aware of the importance of protecting our foundation plants. The damage was minor and actually came from the tarps they used to cover the plants. Final cleanup was very good.
