Description of Work: Worst company I have ever dealt with. I finally had to just buy out my contract to escape them. Customer service is not a term in their vocabulary. No local techs. I can't stress enough how unscrupulous Safe Home is.

 + -1 moreFor the last three months, I have been unable to use my alarm due to persistent false alarms...in the middle of the night. The company refuses to end the contract despite the fact that they have sent five technicians and cannot solve the problem. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I am planning to sue.
Description of Work: Standard home security system. Installation and monitoring.
