Beat experience we have had with any security company. Products are superior to that of CPI and ADT.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The owner called me Monday and set an appointment for 9:30 am on Wednesday to install my security system and heat detector in the attic, at my second property which is 30 mins away. I arrived at my property around 8 am to make sure I did not miss the installer. At 9:30 no installer, so I called the owner and let him know no one was there, he paused (because he forgot he even made an appointment ) and then he said a technician was is on his way. I asked him if he could call me back with an ETA so I do not have to sit here all day, I waited an hour No phone call no installer, It is now 12:41 pm, and still no installer or a phone call letting me know that they are not coming, this is very unprofessional on so many levels. I would stay as far away from this company as possible, the owner was very rude and acted like he did not care. Beware!!

The techs were great. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we knew how to operate the system and even made note cards for me so I wouldn't forget passwords, etc. If we ever need service on the system, we would like for the two techs who installed the system to do the work. Great overall experience

Just got my home security system and camera installed and I must say that I am very pleased. Everything they said they could do for me they did for me. The experience was absolutely top notch. Not only did I get a major upgrade and so many more features, I am paying the same price as I was with ADT. Thank you Josh and Taylor you guys are amazing!!
