 + -1 moreOur projected completion is May, 2009. We began what started to be a renovation but ended up a tear down in late Sept., 2008. I showed Frank a set of plans I found on line (Dilworth bungalow) and he used them as a template for what will be a 2800 sq. ft. bungalow style home with 3 huge porches and lots of arts and crafts period touches. He had many of his own ideas and has been involved in every aspect of the project. Since there was so much planning up front, I now have the luxury of waiting to be told when to buy cabinets, appliances, etc. Pictures will be added closer to May.
Description of Work: Our niece referred us to Frank after he completed a renovation on her Myers Park home. We were able to see his work 1st hand and get a very positive recommendation. We had purchased a home in the Plaza Midwood area that was in total disrepair. We are close to completion and have used Frank as our architect, builder, general contractor, etc. I couldn't be more pleased. We are on schedule and still well within our budget. Frank is on the site daily and provides us with the progress every step of the way. In addition, he has been an excellent resource for cabinets, tile, etc. It has been such a positive experience to have such a skilled builder who is accessible and responsive. We are currently in new construction in the Southend area and this home was way over budget and took twice as long to complete as originally quoted.
