Great experience.  Ralph Cook and his staff were very professional.  His estimate was very reasonable compared to others. We were originally just going to replace wooden sashes but with his recommendation went with a better vinyl coated product that saved us money and gave us a very better window.  Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I hired Ralph Cook and his team in January 2012 to install 45 windows in my three story home, as well as trim all the windows, soffit, and fascia in custom color aluminum. Beyond that they installed new custom siding on all the gables and dormers of my house. This was to eliminate further need for costly maintenance and repair of wood sills, etc. They also replaced all the gutters on my home as well as upgrading the downspouts to 4 inch at my request. THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB!!!. I cant say enough positive things about the quality of work and the professional commitment and outstanding level of customer service they provide. EVERY member of the Ralph Cook team takes customer satisfaction to a new level. Ralph Sr., Ralph Jr., Vito, and Chris. Every single one of them went above and beyond to do extra things to ensure the job exceded my expectations. Sometimes it was little things that I asked for. "No problem, we will take care of it". Other times it was things I never thought of. "Mr Smith, I added this" or "I made some modifications here to improve the appearance", all done with the intent to improve the outcome of the job and NEVER to increase the price. I had some tricky half round windows needing aluminum and they made it look perfect. For the window trim they created very beautiful angles and bends in the aluminum which created a beautiful result. They also did a fantastic job with the interior caulking. There was no mess, the lines are clean and they did a window by window inspection to ensure the job was perfect, inside and out. No one can do a better job on windows, trim, and siding than Ralph Cook regardless of price! If anyone I know needs windows, siding, or gutters, they are the only people I recommend.
