Andy was ontime for each visit. Appearance was neat & professional and he was very courteous and patient with my questions. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do this time and for the additional visits involved with a12 month program. Something happened with the equipment and there was a small spillage in my basement. Andy made very sure that he spoke with me by phone right away since I was not in the house during the exterminating process. Lastly, I very much appreciate the fact of the spread out payment plan for the 12 month program.

He contacted me the same day that I made the request. We arranged for him to walk-through my house the next day. He arrived on time. He explained his approach to keeping the mice out. Then he gave me a reasonable price quote, and he was available to do the work the next day. We have not seen a mouse since he's been here. We are happy with his work, and we will use him again - if needed.

They were very friendly, came as soon as I called (with in 30 minutes they were at my apartment) gave great suggestions, closed all rat/mice holes and also the traps they set caught two rats! I am very impressed wtih them and have already passed their name along to my building management for an entire building review!

Had a MASSIVE yellow jacket nest appear almost overnight over our front door. It was mostly internal and the most industrial hornet killer didn't slow them down. I called him and he came later that afternoon and had the entire nest gone within an hour. The price was comepetetive and a flat rate for yellow jackets. The removal is under warranty. Hopefully something won't happen again, but if it does we'll give Oneway a call.

I was extremely impressed with Andy�s work ethic, and ambition. He was the only one that called me after entering in the my information into servicemagic. He volunteered to do the work on Sunday (I talked with him Saturday evening). He arrived on time, produced a quote that was inline with his estimate that he provided over the phone and also competitive. The work was carried out expertly, and quickly eliminating the bee�s nest that had sprung to life in my basement.
