Very good experience. Very knowledgable.

They gave me a 10% discount since I found them on Angies List. The guy came over her since the printer would not give the message to work. There was some kind of communication problem between the computer and the printer and he got the printer to work but whatever he did, it would not allow me to stay on line for more than 3 minutes. It would jump off line. So I called him right back. He came over within the hour and explained to me why it happened. I don’t understand computer but he fixed it at no charge. That was very good. Probably I will use him again.

A very easy company to deal with. The tech calls and sets up the appointment, and in my case, Tracy came and took the computer away. He called back the next day to let us know the data had been retrieved. The price paid was what was estimated, no hidden or extra charges. Tracy came out and loaded the retrieved data onto our new computer.

Everything has been excellent. They are very efficient at what they do. Tracy, the guy that has been here is very knowledgeable of computers. He is very up to date with technology. I will use them again in the future.

I had gotten a virus on my laptop on a sunday evening. I sent several companies requests for quotes that evening. On Monday NBS called me and was able to come to my house that evening. That's 24 hrs or less service which was great. Tracy had discovered I had gotten a virus and spent hours working on my laptop in trying to fix. He finally asked if he could take my laptop home with him and I agreed. Apparently I had gotten a very bad virus and it was taking him some time to remove. He ended up having to save my files and wipe the laptop clean and do a factory re-install but he saved all that I needed him to do. He returned back to my home and worked putting on the final touches. Tracy confessed, and I wondered about this too, that he probably sank over $1000 worth of man hours in restoring my laptop but they only charged me $175. I was grateful. You can't complain about that at all. I'll be hiring NBS next time I have any computer repair needs.

They were excellent. I called several companies that had good Angie's List ratings and they were the first to call back and came right away. I plan to use them again in the future.

Perfect in every way! Phan's knowledge of IT and computers is nothing short of AMAZING!!! He is in a BNI group with me and the other stories that are shared are exactly the same...he is brilliant!!!! He lives, sleeps and wakes to the IT world!

Great job NBS Technologies. From my initial contact with Phan on the telephone, through completion of the service performed by Tracy, this was a very positive experience. Great customer service and technical expertise. I will recommend this fine company to friends.

We used NBS Technologies in the the past to set up a Linksys in our home and were pleased with their work. We had a virus/malware infect our computer on June 3. We called the company (after hours) and they called back in a few minutes. Within a couple of hours, Phan came to our home and corrected the problem. NBS Technologies is truly outstanding in their response time, attitude, proficiency, and expertise. I simply could not be happier. It is clear to see their techs love what they do and it shows in their work performance and how they interact with customers. I had to go out of town the next day, but when I returned, Phan came to the house a second time to check our other computer, do a general cleaning and set up backup programs. He downloaded and installed free backup and disc cleaning software and made sure I knew how to use it. I feel that I received great value for my money. I not only did I get my computers serviced, but Phan explained what he was doing every step of the way, so I received a little computer training in the process. This is an absolutely terrific company!! I highly recommend them.

Tracey came to the house and was determined to fix the problem without having to re-install software. He determined that the problem was the network card was no longer working. He replaced the card and put me back in business and I didn't loose any of the my files. Thank you so much Tracey. I will be using NBS Technology in the future and highly recommend Tracey.

Tracy quickly diagnosed the problem we were having: 2 of 3 laptops we use at home on wireless network would not print. The fix for one of the laptops seemed to be relatively easy and quick. The other, however, took some time but Tracy was able to find the problem and fix it. This was impressive because another Angies List technician we had out previously was stumped and could not find or fix the problem. For the hour that Tracy was at our home he also readjusted settings on the newest laptop to make it run faster and eliminate a periodic buzzing noise that came when several programs were opened and running at the same time. Tracy was very easy to communicate with and explained things well. I will definintely change to using NBS for now on.

He did a good job. He was a very nice person and my computer seems to be working much better now.

I've used NBS two other times with great results. Called Phan and explained that my PC was bogging down- possibly a virus or hard drive issue. He had Tracy call me and arranged to meet the following day. Within an hour Tracy completed the tune up in less than an hour and PC has been running much faster. He also downloaded a program that will allow me to easily clean out temp files and control number of programs that are starting up each time I start the PC. This is the best PC tech company in town!!

Can't say enough good about these folks. Clay (Mr. Clay?) came out the day after we called -- had the dreaded blue screen on a computer -- & worked a few hours ridding us of a virus -- also recommended & installed an AV program. The following day we had the same trouble again. My husband talked to Clay around 5 p.m. & he insisted on coming over right then, an hour's drive for him. He worked till about 9:30, cleaning up the computer very well -- it's working fine now. Very pleasant & professional, obviously knows his field well. Excellent service & his seriousness about doing it right is impressive.

I had contacted a "big box" technical support person, and was given a date in January as the first available appointment. Using Angie's list I found NBS Technology and gave Phan a call. He was able to work me in within two hours! He arrived promptly and set to work. During the process I learned a lot- he was a good teacher as well as being extremely competent and knowledgeable- and personable! He was able to restore my system, and in the process downloaded some very useful programs to clean my registry settings. He also gave me some tips to keep my PC running faster. It had gotten to the point where I could barely stand to use it, as it took so long for pages to load. Now it's almost like new. Hopefully I won't need his services, but if I do I won't hesitate to use NBS again.

Arrived on time. Performed all work as discussed. Answered questions. Did excellent job. Will be using again.

I was very impressed with Phan's approach to the solution. While we didn't use him this time for service, he will be the first person I call next time I have a PC problem I can't fix.

My laptop crashed and would no longer start up. I called NBS, and Phan called be back within a very short period of time---and this was mid-day on a Saturday. I explained my problem and he was honest with me. He said it simply was not cost effective to fix it. I loved that he did not take the opportunity to try and get a small "diagnostic fee" out of me and get my hopes up about repairing the laptop.

I called NBS and talked to very pleasant gentalmen, we had a few laughs and told me that my problems were normal. He gave my number to another gentlemen who came and picked the computer up and repaired it. He had the computer back by the time the office opened the next morning. Would recommend to anyone.

NBS returns emails and phone messages promptly. They arrive when they say they will; if they are delayed on another job - which happens - they keep us informed or reschedule. Their invoicing is detailed, clear, and prompt. Their fees are appropriate. They are a model business. We feel our business IT operation is in very good hands. We've worked with several IT consultants in the past, and Phan's professionalism and expertise outdistances all of them. He's a match for the best IT staff that I've encountered in 20 years of corporate life. Plus he's a great pleasure to have around and interract with. We are retaining NBS to perform routine network monitoring and maintenance and will continue to use them for service and upgrades.

He told me that he could fix it. However, he also said that it would be broken again in six months. He advised me that getting a new computer was my best bet. It is rare to find someone so honest that he is willing to give up a job for the sake of the customer.

I am thrilled that Phan and Jaiman were not only able to help, but also were pleasant, sympathetic, and not condescending, as many tech people can be-------especially when one calls for support. They did not sneer when I confessed I had not been backing up my data. But they very kindly said that I should have a backup system from now on because many companies like theirs charge thousands of dollars. I am sure that they charged me a very low price, considering all the work they did and the expertise they have. This disaster proved to be much less painful because Phan and Jaiman are such kind people. They gave us extremely helpful advice on the type of backup system to buy, keeping us from floundering and spending more than we needed to.

My laptop had a virus that was causing the Windows Explorer window to pop up every few seconds, interrupting whatever I was doing at the time. I came home from work one day to fine over 100 iterations of the window on my monitor. Phan was great. He came to my job to pick up my computer and had everything fixed and ready to go the next day. He also downloaded a couple of helpful programs to help my computer to run faster. I highly recommend NBS Technology and Phan.

Contacted NBS via E-Mail. Phan called the same day. Setup appointment for the next day. Came on time (actually a bit early, but he called before to ensure it was OK). Very pleasant. Good conversationalist. Worked professionally.
