The work itself was performed in two days, we had no problem along the installation process. The house was always very clean and the guys very polite. Very happy with this job. Anyways, we are very happy with our beautiful floors, and the amazing service provided by United Flooring. I would highly recommend United Flooring for their low prices, product variety, and specially great customer service.

They did an amazing job, Carlo the estimator was right on time on our first consultation, he was very knowledgeable! The crew was very professional and detail oriented, Fabio the field supervisor was always sending us updates on the installation process, after the job was completed he did a walk throughout to make sure we were satisfied. I had the insurance adjuster coming out to look at a leak going through the sub floor of my rental property. This leak led the floors and the sub floor to be ruined. After the insurance company paid for the claim, I picked three companies listed on Angies List to come out and give me estimates. United Flooring was by far the best and most professional one. The estimator Carlo was very attentive to every detail on my floors, and very helpful. The installation crew kept the house very clean during the entire job. They pulled up the entire floor up and installed it back with new wood. The sanding crew was always sharply on time and they finished the job as scheduled. I feel like the insurance money was very well used on this job, my floors look great.

They never showed up for the consultation. They did not call to cancel nor did they call to apologize. When I called them, the woman said she was sorry.

Very satisfied with the services provided by United Flooring. The sanding crew was always on schedule, and the new floors are beautiful. Everyone I spoke with from this company is very polite and helpful. I did not have any issues along the sanding process. They moved furniture around and everything was put back in the rooms as before. The area sanded was isolated from the rest of the house until the job was completed, and once they were gone everything was clean as promised. Had a great experience and will be referring this company to relatives and friends.

This company was great during the entire process. I needed to demo my kitchen tile and the sub floor so my general contractor could do some changes on my kitchen. United Flooring was cheaper than my general contractor so I had chosen to go with them. The estimator Carlo was very professional and polite. He was able to give me a lot of information about interior home improvement and gave me some constructive ideas to improve the looks of my floors. The crew that performed the demolition was very clean, and they performed a great job. Everything was covered in plastic and they were extra careful with everything around the house. Super. Carlo, the Charlotte owner, came to our condo several times with samples answering questions and discussing options. The days of install the crew arrived promptly and worked efficiently. With my permission, they stayed late both to complete a very large job within schedule. The result looks fantastic and I can't say enough things about Carlo and his team. The door transitions will be completed as soon as my preference of wood arrives. They came prepared, but the material wasn't close enough match. I would use them again and recommend them without reservation.

Our 30 years old hardwood floor was in need to be re-finished. We received 3 quotes and United Flooring was the lowest one. They scheduled us very quickly. They were efficient, on time, worked with us on the timing. Additionally, they replaced 7 boards that were beyond repair. It was not part of the original quote but they were very reasonable in making the repairs. Bottom line, the floor looks brand new. Excellent workmanship. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Charlotte Flooring & Design replaced our old flooring in our entire house with the most beautiful American Walnut hardwood floor. Sanded and finished the flooring with its natural color. They worked well with our contractor and they were very accommodating to everyone involved schedules. We picked a Pre-finished hardwood floor to replace our carpet. Charlotte Flooring & Design had a GREAT Selection to choose from in their showroom. The process only took 1 day! And they took out and took away our old carpet. They also install tile in our small powder room and laundry room. I felt very good about Charlotte Flooring from the beginning and they did a excellent job, my floors and bathroom looks wonderful. The crew was always on time and very professional. We had one small issue with the hardwood floors after was completed, Carlo and Ruben come out and had the crew come back to have it fix on the very same day! I strongly recommend them and will hire them again if I ever buy a new home.
