Very courteous, thorough, and came on a Sunday night. Found actual problem with furnace. All tools in working order. Cost of repair was a little higher than I could get elsewhere, but not terribly unreasonable. Had part on truck. I opted to have the repair done for the less expensive option with a 2 person shop, but would call them again if the other shop is not available.

Every time they came they gave us inconsistent information. We will not use this company in the future, and have since switched heating and air conditioning companies.

He didn't want to do what the supervisor had recommended. We had some problems and system failed. I had to call him. He had already gone home, so it took him a while to get back (a different guy that came back). Found problem. Turned out that guy had put a couple things in wrong. Even with first service check, found a couple other things that were wrong. Were not pleased with installation process. Everything else has been fine with them though. One time we were told when servicing our a/c that we had a bad part that needed replaced. The next year when they went to check it, he said that the part was failing. I told him it was replaced last year. Got the receipt out and showed him and he told me that the part was very old in our system and it may not have been replaced like we thought it was. Replaced it at no charge. Systems have since been fine. They have had good suggestions for air flow, etc. Generally though, everything is good with them.

On both calls, the MJ technician seemed very intent on selling me additional parts for the air conditioners, even during the heating unit maintenance was performed in Oct. 10/06: After the service last Fall, when I needed heat the following morning, the upstairs heater failed to blow warm air. The heater worked great prior to the maintenance call. When I called the company they advised that a technician would not be available until the following evening (36 hrs). I later found that the first tech simply failed to turn the natural gas back on. April '07: Before the A/C service this past Spring, MJ called and rescheduled the appt because they had too many repairs scheduled, even though I had an annual service agreement. Oct. '07: I just tried to use the heat on my downstairs unit and found no hot air. I called MJ after hours, who told me to call back during the day. Upon my own investigation, I found the natural gas line feeding the unit turned off.

Placed order one day and it was installed within two days. Efficiently done with very little interruption to normal household needs.

My furnace stopped working on its one year anniversary. That's when I first became acquainted with the good people at Morris Jenkins. My furnace stopped working on its second year anniversary, too. That's when I began to love them. The office staff has been friendly and helpful every time I have called. Every technician has called ahead, arrived when promised, and given fair estimates for the recommended work. They have answered all my questions and have been very polite and professional during each and every visit.

Great job---showed us how to flush the a/c.

I called Sunday morning at 8:45 am because my furnace was not blowing any air through the house. My husband suspected a bad blower motor, but wasn't sure. Thankfully the service technician called and said he could come earlier than promised on Sunday. Chuck was very pleasant and answered lots of our questions about the HVAC unit. The problem was a bad blower motor, which Chuck was able to replace with another motor. The total visit was approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, but probably could have been much shorter if we didn't ask so many questions. The total price included the full price sheet cost of the blower motor ($639, part and labor) minus a website coupon ($29) plus the diagnostic charge ($89.95). Overall the experience was good, but expensive considering the same replacement motor is available online for approximately $150. It was just too hot and we weren't 100% sure of the problem or we would have tried the repair ourselves.

Very pushy & very unprofessional. Tried to sell us a furnace and AC that we didn't need and made himself more at home than we were comfortable with. We just weren't happy with them.

They even went over and above and blew out the vents, including the dryer vent. Quick response, neat and clean, I was impressed with the competence of the technician.

Misdiagnosed the problem, performed unnecessary work, and when this did not fix the problem, recommended that we replace the entire unit ($7200.

They installed a 3 ton unit. I chose them because they had been in business along time in the area. They have great customer service! I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend to others.

Very smoothly. Called me with sufficient lead time as they promised, got to me early in the forecast time range, quickly fixed the problem and offered good suggestions for preventing in the future, and they don't charge more on the weekends for an "emergency call."

I have used them for six years, and I have not had any problems with them. A service call is about $75 with an annual contract.

They arrived just when they said, and completed the work competently. Erik, the service tech, was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

You'll never run out of coolant, or run out of heat in the winter months. You pay them this basic fee which keeps your equipment in good working order. I haven't had any problems since I've been using them for the last three years. The one time I needed additional work done they came out the next day and just charged for the part. They call you about a half hour before they come out, and they have never had to change one of their appointment dates!

We agreed on an install date, they called to confirm, arrived on time, removed the old system, installed the new system, offered to fix my sub standard wiring, cleaned up after themselves and remained cheerful and professional throughout the 2 day process. Every interaction with the companies employees has been extremely pleasant... They all seem to be very happy working for the company and many said they had been with them for years. The pricing is fair, they respond quickly, and the work is professional. I will continue to have Morris Jenkins service my heating and A/C units for years to come.

The next day, no one called back. I had to call them to find out if they even had the part. Then they couldn't tell me when they could install it until I demanded that they install it today. I was put on hold. They called me back to arrange a time for today with a cost estimate over $300. They had no intention of following up on this call. It made me feel as though I had to demand service from the management before they attempted to try to provide it. With all of the HVAC Companies in Mecklenburg County, service is what differentiates one from the rest. And Morris-Jenkins isn't it. Their advertisements do not reflect my experience with them at all.

They really took their time to answer our questions. When this company came to my home they were nothing but outstanding. They were on time and after they finished their work they made sure to pick everything up. There were no mistakes made and the price seemed reasonable as well.

I feel that this company provided me with good services. I have no problems at all. I had gotten to know the owner really well while he was here. I was actually referred to him by someone. He did everything accordingly and in a timely fashion. He was good with follow ups and returning any phone calls I had made to him. He did not have anyone else call back, he called personally.

The serviceman did a good job of installing our new gas line. He worked rather quickly so that we werent without gas for very long. It took him less than an hour to do it. He was pretty nice but I feel he could have been more personable.

All Weather Systems has done plenty of work for us in the past. I really like them as a company. They are very professional and very well worth the prices they offer. I figure, you get what you pay for, so if you want the job done right, you might as well go with the best. This company is just fantastic. I never have any problems with them at all. I never did in the past, nor did I for this job.

I would say that overall the company did a good job and I was satisfied with the work. There were really no problems and they managed to complete the work in a fair amount of time. The price seemed reasonable and the workers were very friendly and personable. I would recommend this company to other people any time.

I contacted the company because I had purchased a 5yr warranty with that furnace unit. Now, I am being told that the company has been sold so my warranty would have only been good for 1yr. In addition, they were attempting to charge me $90 to just come and look at the furnace without doing any work. I am very displeased. I had paid All Weather Systems over $3000 for the work they did, and for the unit itself, and a 5yr warranty. Now, I am being told that my warranty is not valid because they sold the business. I think this is unfair. I feel that I was cheated and overcharged for the services rendered. I feel like I was lied to and manipulated. While the workers who installed the unit were friendly at the time, that is the only thing I liked about this company. Otherwise, I am a disgruntled and unsatisfied customer and I can not even figure out who now owns this company, their name, or any contact information on them. They will not tell me the information I need.
