Description of Work: Our furnace and air conditioning unit were installed by Maye several years ago. Since then we have purchased a maintenance agreement each year which covers a furnace inspection in the fall and air conditioning inspection in the spring. We have had two repair items outside the maintenance agreement which were handled by Maye at no cost. Everyone we have dealt with at Maye has been professional, knowledgeable, pleasant. They do not try to upsell and give good advice and service. 100% satisfied.

Description of Work: The ducts in our old house were bereft of insulation, with a number of unhappy results like high heating and AC bills and increased humidity in the crawl space. Maye Heating replaced all the ductwork in a thoughtful way, doing one system at a time so that we were never cold during this unusually cold winter.
