It was fine. I've had them for years.

Some of the A/C duct work that they did I wasn't happy with so they had to come out and redo it. The price was fair. They were very professional, very punctual but they just have to check their work. There were just some areas of the duct work that they didn't replace when they were supposed to. I wasn't even there when they were supposed to.

I would use them again in future.

This is a relatively new system and when it is time to do something, I will call in again. I gave them an a because I actually used them again in this place. For quality, they did well. I used them them after, obviously they did very well.

They had a window time that they said they would come and they did. They came the day they were scheduled and they called before they came. They were thorough, they offered services that weren’t pushy. They made us aware of things that may be if concerns to us, more of preventative maintenance. Like saying this is beginning to look worn so you might want to consider replacing that next time.

They did excellent. They came and evaluated the problem, and gave me several choices. I picked the one I wanted, they ordered it and came back to install it. The whole thing from beginning to end, took about four days. At the end of the fourth day they finished and had one of their employees come back to inspect the work that somebody else did.

We found their price to be on the higher end for us. We would not use them.

We used the system for over a year and a half now and we've been very pleased with it. Everything that they have said with regards to the function of the system, cost and efficiency of the system has been true. The workers were very nice. It was a lot of work, it was done in 2 days. They were very clean and neat, explained everything to us, and took the time to explain everything that they were doing and why they were doing it.

They're very good. The people they send out are very nice and helpful and answer any of your questions.

The quality was good. I used them because they were able to come out right away. They charged me extremely highly for the part that they replaced which I later found out to be a lot cheaper. I would not use them again in the future.

They came on time. They put their things on their feet. They did everything they needed to do. They went to the attic. They checked, they doubled checked, they came back to check to make sure that the unit was working I think it was two weeks later. They were very reasonable.

It worked out very well for me. I was very pleased with them. They evaluated my heating system and gave me a second honest opinion after a first false opinion from another company who were trying to scam me to try to get me to do more than i needed to do. I recommend and intend to continue using their services.

I wouldn't use them again. I have a new system in and it was put in by a different company and so I use them now. They generally just did a good job.

It was really good. The guy I had out there was pretty good. He knew I had an issue with the coil and basically not to clean it because cleaning it would make it worse, but now the guy who I used now replaced all of that but I would say the service was good. They were out here pretty quick. I think they were early. He pointed out the issue and instead of selling me on something else, he told me not to do something and then that saved me money, because we would have cleaned the coil, it would have made it worse.

They were nice to me. I didn't go with them. There was no cost for the estimate. They were surely great. They went in to a lot of detail. I went with somebody else but I would ask them to do an estimate again. They were very nice people to work with. The other company offered me a 6 year no interest loan. That is what made the biggest difference of all.

The service went extremely well from the first inspection that found a problem with the furnace heat exchanger through the installation process. The technician, sales person, preview examination and install were handled professionally. All systems were checked thoroughly upon completion. I have been a customer of Horne Heating and Air Conditioning since 1986. They have always been prompt and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
