Description of Work: Maintained my HVAC system and installed a shutoff switch in case the drip pan fills with water before damage is done to the interior of my home. The technician was professional, courteous and neat. Unlike another contractor I had scheduled with but never showed up, they were at my home within 1 hour of my call. Super responsive! I highly recommend them fir your HVAC needs.

Most recently, the technician doing my tune-up (Josh) took the time to show me the system under the house (at my request) so I could better understand a few issues. He had no "you're a woman" attitude at all, which I really appreciated.

Description of Work: I highly recommend Horne Heating and Air Conditioning. I had a new heat pump installed almost two years ago, by a different company, and the unit has never worked properly during winter months, despite numerous service calls by the original installer. Out of frustration, I contacted Horne, after reviewing Angies List, and requested a service call. The company responded immediately and sent a technician to evaluate the heat pump. He found the unit working properly but felt that the duct work was inefficient, so he scheduled an audit of the energy efficiency of our house. The audit determined that the air flow through the duct work, which was more than 45 years old, was far below normal. I agreed to the replacement of the duct work and now the heat pump is functioning as it should. I am more than pleased with the result of the work performed by Horn Heating & Air.
