Description of Work: I was called as the Architect to review a residential project, and asked John Horne to also review the project with me onsite. His professionalism, knowledge, and recommendations for HVAC systems that would work for the owner's proposed renovations was impressive. Having worked with Mechanical Engineers on large Architectural projects, i was amazed at his various alternatives for each space where the owner needed HVAC work.

Description of Work: Scheduled repair service on a next day basis at my own request - even in 90-plus degree weather. Tech arrived promptly and assessed problem. He replaced the blower motor on the furnace - a job that was somewhat more complex than I had anticipated. He had the correct replacement motor on his truck and got the system back into operation fairly quickly. Very satisfactory transaction.
