Description of Work: OUR 18 YEAR OLD HEAT PUMP STOPPED WORKING ON THE WEEKEND. THEIR EMPLOYEE CAME WITHIN 3 HOURS OF OUR CALL. SINCE THE PROBLEM TURNED OUT TO REQUIRE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE COMPRESSOR WE ELECTED TO HAVE AN ESTIMATE DONE TO REPLACE THE SYSTEM RATHER THAN TO MAKE A REPAIR. WE WERE NOT CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE CALL.

Description of Work: REMOVED AN ANCIENT OIL FURNACE. REPLACED WITH A GAS FURNACE, LINED CHIMNEY ETC. $3,800. I DECIDED TO WORK WITH THEM BECAUSE EVERYONE I SPOKE WITH FROM THE SALESPERSON TO THE WORKERS AND THE RECEPTIONIST WERE HELPFUL AND TREATED MY QUESTIONS RESPECTFULLY. WELL SEE HOW THE FURNACE WORKS WHEN THE WEATHER CHANGES, BUT THE SERVICE WAS GREAT.
