Description of Work: These guys were very responsive and professional. They repaired a leak under my driveway and fixed several sprinkler heads. The job had some unexpected issues and took longer than expected but throughout it all the guys kept me updated. Travis and the guys were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: Purchase a "deal of the day" for a comprehensive sprinkler system tuneup. I was contacted quickly and they came when promised, so that part was good. But all they did was cut the system on and cycle it through all zones to make sure they were running. They said our system was in good shape, but made no adjustments to the heads or timer. We noticed after they left one head was not rotating, so basically they did nothing. I did not call back to complain.

( Remove Member Name ) , Everything worked like it was supposed to when we were there. We spent quite a while looking for a leak in the back yard per your wife at no charge. Also, the $49.00 check up was for 6 zones-- we went thru about 12 zones for you at no charge. We don't show up looking for something to charge you for, but if there was a head not turning, we would have replaced it. Your wife offered to pay me extra for the extra things we did but I refused because Im fair. I got into an incredibly bad deal with the $49.00 checkups and was just trying to get them done. If you have a problem with anything I did or do, feel free to call me. I always answer my phone because I don't have issues with unsatisfied customers except when it's a ridiculous tune up arrangement that I was tricked into getting involved with.

we never got anywhere.
Description of Work: i had a fence installed. they knicked the irrigation line and i need some heads moved inside the fence. he kept saying to call him back. i would. the only time he returned my call was at 9:30 pm. we were in bed. i finally called someone interested in my money.
