Description of Work: I spent over 1 hour with the company in my property reviewing the issues and the services levels that I require. I was told that if have a quote in the next day or so but in the last two weeks of August they would start the applications to treat the problem areas and then take over from the provider by September 1st. After 2 emails, 3 phone calls and a couple unreturned voicemails i finally reached the person who came out to the property two weeks prior. At that point I was told that they wouldn't be quoting or servicing the property as it "wasn't a good fit". Not even sure what that means for a landscaping company when there are lawn and shrubs to be maintained and treated but that was their response. I'd encourage anyone not to waste their time or money on this company.

Description of Work: Had used this company for about 3 years. Yard never looked GREAT. Had consistent bare spots in some areas. Spoke with James numerous times about the problem, but never resolved. They would come out on time every week, even if it meant trenching my wet yard. Even got them the contract to handle the neighborhood account which accounted for approximately $1500 per month for this company. After all this, they wanted to increase my monthly service from $170 per month to $300 per month. Cancelled the contract with them immediately. They continued to bill me even to this day, 2 years later.
