+ -1 moreTHE PROCESS WAS SEAMLESS. JIM CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE. THE CREW WAS HERE WHEN HE SAID THEY WOULD BE, DID THE WORK AND LEFT A BILL. I CALLED WITH QUESTIONS LATER ON AND THE WORKMAN CALLED ME BACK TO ANSWER (AND SATISFY) MY QUESTIONS.
Description of Work: CHECK GUTTERS FOR WATER LEAKING BETWEEN GUTTER AND EXTERIOR WALL OF HOUSE. DO WHAT REPAIRS ARE NEEDED. CLEARED OUT TOP OF DOWNSPOUTS ON VERY HIGH SECOND STORY AND SECURED SOME GUTTERS WITH NEW ALL-WEATHER SCREWS.

Description of Work: CHARLOTTE SEAMLESS GUTTERING HAS DONE WORK FOR US IN THE PAST AT VARIOUS PROPERTIES AND WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED AND REPORTED ACCORDINGLY. WE RECENTLY HAD CONTRACTED TO REPAIR/REPLACE DAMAGED GUTTERS ALONG WITH ROOF WORK, PAINTING, AND DECK WORK. IT WAS IMPERATIVE THAT THE ORDER OF THE PROCESSES OCCUR AS APPOINTED, SO THE DAY BEFORE THE FIRST WORK WAS TO BE DONE, CALLS WERE MADE TO ALL COMPANIES TO VERIFY DATE/TIME. WHEN I SPOKE WITH JAMES GRAY, I EXPLAINED THE IMPORTANCE OF KNOWING HE WOULD ARRIVE TO DO THE WORK AS APPOINTED, AND HE SAID TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE AND HUNG UP ON ME.

+ -1 moreMR. GRAY WAS VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL WITH HIS ESTIMATES. HE CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY, DID THE ESTIMATE, BUT THEN DID A FOLLOW-UP VISIT DURING THE WEEK, WHEN I WAS ABLE TO MEET WITH HIM. THE WORK WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY. LOOKS GREAT AND I FEEL THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
Description of Work: INSTALL COMMERCIAL GRADE/SIZE GUTTERS ON MY HOME. PREVIOUSLY HOME HAD NEVER HAD GUTTERS. MY HOME IS APPROX 1600 SQ FT IN SIZE. I DID NOT HAVE GUTTERS PUT ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE IN ORDER TO PRESERVE ITS 1928 CHARACTER.
