Description of Work: I have never EVER done business with a more professional team. The owner Jeff was very involved, his team and his subcontractors were extremely courteous and prompt. They were equally compliant to all of our needs. They went above and beyond for perfection. Prices were extremely reasonable and worth every penny!

Description of Work: I would highly recommend. The quality of work is great and the price couldn't be beat. They built a 20x8 deck/porch on the front of my house. There was a small existing brick porch with stairs that had to be removed. Also added an additional 5x8 platform on the other side as a special request. Railing was hand made and skirting around the bottom is custom built and looks fantastic.

Description of Work: Jeff agreed to build a back yard building even though his expertise is with decks. The yard has limited access and he was willing to work around that as well. Jeff is attentive and easy to work with. I can't compare cost since I've never had this kind of thing done before and this was a custom structure designed by both Jeff and myself.

Description of Work: I hired Charlotte Decks and Porches to help expand my current deck. I was wanting the ability to add shade without using a simple table and umbrella. Jeff and his crew recommended a pergola with draped canopies for shade I could turn on or off.
