Marcioâ s work is quality, but best of all he listens and wants to do his best to achieve what youâ re aiming for. He provides excellent customer service, never avoiding calls or timelines. Very honest and hardworking! Heâ s completed one 5 star project for me and I will be calling him back soon to install new kitchen floors.

I highly recommend Best Floors for your flooring services. Mark showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable about floors, finishes and wood types. He answered all questions and did a superb job with upgrading our stairs from carpet to hardwood. He matched them with the perfect stain color. He was reliable and I would definitely hire him for future projects.

Marc & crew did an AMAZING job refinishing our 70-year-old original hardwood floors! To say they were in rough shape would be an understatement...but today, they truly look brand new without a flaw in sight. Fairly priced, extremely professional, & able to work around our hectic schedule, I canâ t recommend these guys highly enough!

Excellent job, better than when it was new

I trusted this man,he delivered on every promise made,he has such a positive attitude,a can do spirit about him that I liked.Everything I asked for,some of which the other three companies I interviewed wanted to charge more for, he always replied, I will do all I can, and he did. I will refer all my friends and relatives to Mario, Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. He wears many hats,not only did he sell the services,he helped unload the product and came back to assist in the actual work!

Marcio was superb. We'd already purchased the bamboo product and needed installation over a raised, steel computer floor, maintaining our existing access holes to the cabling beneath. We'd specified a large radius curve at the intersection of the bamboo with the existing carpet. It was a specialized installation for any installer. The conventional part of this went without a hitch and looked perfect. Some of the access holes needed duplex outlets installed and Marcio crafted an installation that was flush and looked very much in keeping with the high-end architecture of our building. The pricing was exceptional. I hope to use him again.

We called Marc for an estimate, he got back to us promptly with a fair price. Once we gave the go ahead, he moved quickly and the floors look great.

Arrived on time and did a great job. Returned several times to correct a well worn section of floor. Promised to keep coming back until we were completely satisfied.

Best Floors lives up to it's name. Marc and his team work smoothly and in harmony. It was a pleasure to have them in my home and their work was top notch. Marc would see something that I had just learned to live with and he would fix it or he would say" don't worry", i'll take care of it. They were always on time and did exactly what they were suppose to do. I am already planning another to have Best Floors come back and do my hallway and stairs. Once I saw the amazing job they did on the kitchen and dining room, I was not happy with the floors that I did not have him fix.
