They were very good! Very professional!

B&E sales staff was professional and knowledgeable. We felt like we got a good price for 2 Trane A/C units. Salesman explained that if the furnace went out, that these units would be compatible with another system we were considering later on. Once we had the go ahead from our HOA to relocate and add the units, B&E ordered the A/C units immediately. They were able to schedule us within 2 days of the phone call. The staff was professional and extremely knowledgeable. They did an excellent job with the installation. The copper wires coming out of the A/C unit was wrapped together in special tape so that there was no movement where in the copper wiring, it was cleanly done. My husband went under the house to check the piping and they did an excellent job with the system under the house. They didn't slack off just because you couldn't see the piping under the house. We are extremely pleased with the job that they did and would highly recommend them. They have 2 locations and we worked with the Matthews/Mint Hill location.

Representatives for the company arrived promptly and worked continuously throughout the morning and early afternoon to replace the old air conditioning and heating system. They were quite professional and cleaned up after themselves quite satisfactorily.

I had another company come out to check out the issue with my HVAC (the fan would cut on outside, but no air came out of the vents), and they said that I needed a new circuit board for my furnace. They quoted me $620 for the part and installation, which seemed really high. So, I started calling around to get other quotes for the job, and B&E quoted me $297 for the part and installation - a MUCH better deal than the original company quoted for the work. B&E went ahead and ordered the part and put it in a week later for less than half of the other company's original estimate! They were professional and understanding, and definitely earned my trust.

The price was reasonable and fair. They are nice and efficient. They get the job done. They are courteous.

They did all the work in 1 day. The prices were reasonable and they are local. They came and did what they said they would do.

As described above, they came out within hours to check out the situation and advised me what was needed. They ordered the parts, they came in within a week and were promptly and painlessly installed. The bill was less than the estimate and far less than the previous provider quoted for just part of the work performed. These are just good people that you can trust.

They were prompt and reasonable. The last one that came out was nothing more than a lose fuse and he could have told me anything. They're very honest and I have confidence in them. The first time did they did the repair I stood there and watched them. They didn't do anymore than they had to do and they did a good job.

They did everything right and was very efficient. The owner came by to make sure that everything was done correctly and the air conditioner unit seems to be working them very well and efficiently and I would recommend them. They were very reasonable as far as price. The products are brand name. They were also very responsive. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. They have integrity and it's a family run type of business, and they want to do what's right by the customer.

There was a heat wave and everyone's air conditioning unit went out all at once. They could have tried to charge us more but they didn't. They came out in a timely fashion, they were very prompt and their quote was very accurate and cheap.

First of all, they came early. Two guys came and used a drop cloth all the way through the house. The brand-new air conditioner arrived with a dent in it, and they immediately drove back to replace it. I figure if I'm spending 3k on a new one, it better be close to perfect. Install went off without a hitch. They were professional and tolerated my two energetic dogs. I agree with the earlier report about staying present and asking questions. Not sure I'd say you have to "stay on top" of them, but there are some things I'm sure they just do on autopilot so they can go to the next job. For example, the plastic cover that sits underneath the outdoor unit was just dropped on top of the old cement block, when the original salesperson said they would remove the cement block that the old unit was sitting on. Not a huge deal. I'd probably avoid moving a cement block if it was me. All in all, it was hard to part with the money, and I'll never 100% know if I could have done cheaper but they earned my trust. That, and I have a 10 year warranty! I'd recommend working with them again. A lot of the uncertainty I had about the process I blame on my lack of understanding for HVAC, so I'd probably be anxious spending this much money with any company.

Sometimes they're not very thorough. I told them about a thermostat that wasn't working right, so they said they'd calibrate it but it still didn't work. I didn't think the system they sold us was a very good one. But all in all, I think they're between an A and a B.

Very good. They were prompt. They were going to come out in two hours but I had to pick up my son. They were very good.

I USED THEM TO INSTALL THE NEW HEAT PUMP IN 1996, AND HAVE USED THEM FOR SERVICING EVER SINCE. THEY'VE ALWAYS STUCK WITH THE JOB AND HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS, BUT IT TAKES A LOT OF TIME AND ENERGY FROM ME TO FOLLOW UP WITH THEM AND STAY ON TOP OF IT. IT ALWAYS TAKES SEVERAL TRIPS ON THEIR PART TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT, BUT THEY DO KEEP COMING BACK AND THEY GET IT DONE. THE LADY IN THE OFFICE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CALLS BACK PROMPTLY.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES BEFORE. I BELIEVE THEY LEFT THIS SWITCH OFF INTENTIONALLY SO THEY COULD CHARGE ME MORE MONEY. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN MY POSITION TO THE OWNER, BUT HE CURSED ON THE PHONE AND TOLD ME TO NEVER CALL HIS COMPANY AGAIN.

PROMPT, RESPONSIVE. HAVE GIVEN ADVICE ON A SUNDAY NIGHT THAT SAVED A SERVICE CALL. HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE

THEY HAVE FIXED RATE PRICING, THEY DONT GIVE YOU A BREAK IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE PROBLEMS, THE SERVICE IS GOOD THE TECHNICIAN ARE ACTUALLY VERY GOOD.

USE FOR 4 OR 5 YERARS FOR A/C WORK. PRICES SEEM FAIR/AVERAGE. MAKE GOOD SUGGESTIONS.

SO IMPRESSED W/ATTITUDE OF HANDLING A PERSON IN DISTRESS WHO WAS NOT EVEN A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY & COURTEOUSLY COMPARED TO THE COMPANY I USED BECUZ MY AC WAS WARRANTED BY THEM.
