Their service and professionalism was exceptional. The men would work late into the evening if necessary to complete each phase of the process, and they worked meticulously at the details. The project required a lot of hand sanding and finishing, and they worked tirelessly on it to make sure it was perfect. In handling our furniture and in securing the rest of our home, they treated everything as if it was their own. The owner, Moises, and his assistants, especially Ricardo, were gentlemen, hard workers, and very dependable. And, as a result of all of this effort, we now have beautifully finished floors that look better than when the house was new. All in all, a very positive experience!

I called and left a message regarding getting an estimate for hardwood floor installation in a bedroom. I received a call back the next day. I was asked if I needed the floor in a hurry-- and I told them it was not a rush but I was interested in getting flooring installed. Mr Sanchez suggested an appointment for 10:00 am on Friday 4/9. I work an hour away from home so I asked if we could make it 1:00 so I could just leave work at lunch and make it home in time for the appt. At 2:30 pm when no one had show up so I called and left a voice message to see if they had gotten lost. Today is Monday 4/12 and I have yet to receive a return phone call. There could have been extentuating cirumstances that prevented their keeping the appointment, but it would have been much apprectiated if they could have notified me so I would have driven an hour for a no show. .

Great job. Professionally done. Started on time and finished on time. No surprises with job or cost.

They were very experienced. They paid great attention to detail and were easy to work with. The work turned out wonderfully.

They were on time, clean, and they did exactly what they said they do. They bumped into a few walls with their equipment so I had to do some touchups once they left. I would use them again and I’ve already recommended them to a couple of people. Their price was lower than everyone else; they were very reasonably priced. It took them about eight days from start to finish.

Moises came out to give an estimate. He was comparable with the 3 other estimates I received. I chose A-Plus because I felt Moises was the most honest with me about what needed to be done. He and his crew were here when they said they would be here. They did everything they said they would do, with no drama or chaos to my home. They finished when they said they would be finished. And there were no surprises in the end price. It was a pleasure to have this company do work in my home. I will most definitely use A-Plus when I have my next flooring project.

Overall the job was done with superior quality and service. I called Moises Sanchez, of A Plus Flooring, and he returned my call the same day. He came over to my home within 2 days to measure for the job. He emailed me an estimate for the work that night and we signed a contract for him to begin work the following week on the dates that I requested.He arrived on time on the scheduled day and he and his workers moved all the furniture and rugs to the garage. This included entry, living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, hall and great room areas. They taped plastic sheeting over all of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and the built-in bookcases in the den area. The shoe molding was removed from all areas and they began the sanding process. They used a dustless bag sander and I was amazed at how little dust there was. I have had this work done in previous homes and could not believe the difference in how little dust was generated with this kind of sander.They applied two coats of polyurethane, replaced the shoe molding and did a final sanding before putting the third coat of poly on the floor. Moises and his crew cleaned up behind themselves, disposed of all the old molding and then with my supervision replaced all the rugs and furniture to their original positions. The floors look absolutely beautiful. They feel so smooth under foot and the depth of the finish is perfect. Moises stands behind the quality of his work and offers a year labor warranty on his work. Although not my favorite job to have done, Moises and his crew were a pleasure to work with, they were responsive, prompt, courteous and very respectful. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone without a second thought. A Plus Flooring made having this difficult job done easy.

I have contemplated leaving his sign on my yard permanently so everyone knows about A Plus Flooring. Being a new home owner and hearing horror stories about work being done wrong I was a little apprehensive at first. Moises was professional from the time we first spoke through finishing the job. His crew was unbelievably hard working. Did I mention that the job they did was near perfection? I would recommend Moises to anyone who is looking for new hardwoods- his price was low, he was on time every day, did a beautiful job and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Moises!!!!!!!

Their price, quality and punctuality were good. They were professional and responsive and I would use them again.

I called Moises to come in and give me an estimate. He arrived on a Saturday only 10 minutes late (which is better than the other company I was supposed to meet with that day who never showed up at all). He was very courteous and answered all of our questions, seemed eager for the business. He emailed me an estimate within a few hours of leaving. Once I made a decision to hire him, he emailed over a contract which I signed and emailed back. That was on a Monday, they started on that Thursday, finished on Sunday. The whole process took 8 days. The whole process was very easy (except for the smell which of course lingered for over a week, but that's to be expected). He even put down 6 stain samples on my floors so I could get a better idea in order to select one. I would definitely use A-Plus Flooring again and would recommend them to everyone.

Moises was very quick to reply to my phone call for an estimate. In giving the estimate he was very prompt and communicated clearly how he would proceed if I decided to hire him. We did hire him and everything went as he described. In two days the floors looked like new! We're very happy with the work and the quality and friendliness of his service. In the future when we need hardwood or tile installation or refinishing A Plus will get the call.

OUTSTANDING WORK! Work was done in a professional and courteous manner. My wife and I can't say enough about the quality of Mr. Sanchez's work. He is meticulous!

The floors look great. I would definitively recommend A Plus Flooring. They were on time, had competitive prices and the quality of work was excellent. I've used their services twice, one for personal home and another one for my rental home. I'm planning to buy another house and remodel it. So I will be in touch with A Plus again pretty soon.
