Karen was extremely professional, She arranged her schedule to meet around my very hectic out of town schedule and had a fast return of appraisal with a very reasonable price. Although Karen was unable to assist me with my needs, she was more than fair with the outcome of the business deal. Karen's report for the appraisal was very detailed and showed more than just a quick look see and then use some free online appraisal site to come up with the value of my Fathers home. Her appraisal was shown to a former realtor friend of mine and she was impressed by the work done to come up with a values opinion of the house's worth.
