Richard is a true professional. He was very prompt to call and respond once I filled out a request to have my driveway redone. Richard showed up within 48 hours of my request to give me an estimate on having my driveway redone. We decided after multiple estimates/iterations that having a concrete parking pad and the circle portion of the driveway being laid with slate rock that was lined with pavers was best. Richard was very forthright in giving ideas to minimize cost because of the extensive work that had to be done to the driveway. Once work began on my driveway, Richard always kept me up to date on the status and always promptly responded to any questions or concerns I had. His responses would always be comprehensive and honest. The only reason I am not giving his company 5 stars is because of the timeline. Richard and his guys are very busy, which I assume is because of the excellent work they do. His previous project ran over into the projected start date for my driveway. we ended up starting two weeks later than agreed upon initially. While this is not all his fault, as he was dealing with state for his previous project, it was a little frustrating to be waiting. Richard also recognized during my driveway project that we had a drainage problem. He quickly quoted me a reasonable price to fix the drainage problem in my driveway and had the fix installed within 2 days. His willingness to help prevent a future problem was well received and appreciated. Would I hire Richard again? YES! A true professional who sincerely cares about his reputation.
