Ty McCoy was great! We discussed what I wanted done and I could not be happier. I watched how much attention he paid to details and I am impressed. I had my house, walks, deck, porches and driveway done. It looks like a new house! When he left, everything was done to my satisfaction and above my expectations. I don't know where to begin. My customer experience with Prestige Power Washing was phenomenal from beginning to end. First of all my interaction with Diana was wonderful. Diana was prompt in answering all my questions and even anticipated questions I did not ask. She had answers prepared. Ty's service is outstanding. I have to admit you don't find his level of friendliness and professionalism to often. He explained the process and has my home looking great!!! We also discussed future care for my home. In my twenty years of home ownership, I can say I've ever had that great of an experience, it was worth every penny.

Ty did a great job... Was like having a new house and was upset that I didn't have before pics but he took them and sent them to me. Will definitely use again!

Ty thoroughly explained the total procedure and materials used. His estimate was very reasonable, he was prompt and did my entire 2 level house and all the hard surfaces including delicate stacked stone walls, stone walk and all stone on the house front. The house trim came out so well we no longer need to paint. He does a final walk around to make sure all is done to satisfaction. All my flowering hydrangeas are alive and well! It was a very positive first experience with power washing!
