Nice people that work here, very prompt in their communications, and it did not take long to get an appointment. They did have to come back because they didn't correct the original problem that led me to calling them on their first trip. I think I was slightly overcharged on their return trip, because I was charged for 2 technicians even though it was only a 1 technician job, and part of the time was just waiting for glue to dry. They also didn't tell me ahead of time that I'd have to pay additional money to fix the problem that they didn't fix in the first place. They did not give me a trip charge for the 2nd trip, so that was fair. I willingly let them up-sell me on replacing a lot of heads (I told them to use their discretion based on their knowledge), and I think they were judicious while doing so. Overall, I am happy with the results, it just took an extra day and some extra dollars to get there.

Dodd and his crew did a great job. Located a leak in our system. Took them all day to finish due to tree roots, and was very reasonably priced. They will be my only call for future needs.

I feel like he just came out to charge a service fee and did not help me. He was supposed to give me an estimate but never got back to me. In the meantime water is still leaking.
