Failed to respond to numerous calls to repair a leak and never showed up to winterize my sprinkler system which initiated in the damaged system.

"I have responded to Michaels calls and explained the situation last fall. I went from 3 technicians to 1, and recommended him to find someone else to winterize. I have spoken to Michael twice in the past 2 weeks. I told him I was backed up and would get in contact. My time is stretched thin during start-up season, and we are also taking care of my 92-year-old mother along with Hospice in our home, plus run a small business during these hard times. I appreciate all my loyal customers and their understanding. Our leads are off at this time, so we can better serve our current customers better. I hate I could not get you on the schedule.
