Just an overall very good experience. Alford is definitely a company I would recommend and use in the future. In fact I did recommend them to a neighbor of mine who was also very pleased with the service.

They gave us the best price. They provide timely service and they are very pleasant. They are well trained and very respectful.

They were absolutely superior. Everyone was great, from the office personnel to the installation group. The price was very competitive, I saved several hundred of dollars on the job. They used high quality equipment. I specified Trane and that's exactly what they put in and it works beautifully. I can't say enough about them, they were extremely good.

Alford Mechanical was responsive to our request for a quotation for the above services. We had contacted five other Companies who were 'too busy' to take on our small job. Alford Mechanical personnel were prompt, courteous and professional. The job was completed within the scheduled time frame which included Town permits and inspections.

Ronald and his firm couldn't have been more professional. We told all the firms that came and gave us estimates the upstairs of our home never cooled properly. They all said the same thing, we need a bigger system. This of course would mean higher costs at purchasing and running. Ronald was the only one who said we didn't need a larger system, we needed a new return system. Ronald redid the returns from a single return in the hallway to individual returns in each bedroom. Even in 101 degree heat the upstairs is comfortably cool and the new system is savings us on monthly power bills. The downstairs is cooler as well. Ronald explained when the install would begin, what work would get done each day and when he would finish, two days. It was completed on time with no issue's. I highly recommend Ronald and his firm.

Their price was very reasonable. They were very responsible people. They are very well mannered. Their price was above average. I don’t have to worry about what they do when they come. You get what you pay for. They can’t be more professional than what they are. I would not call anyone else. I would use them in the future.

They are good. We had problems of some kind with our heating and air conditioning system. We had to call them twice to rebuild the system and they responded properly. They are very professional and very good. Their prices are good from anybody else and we trust them. Their people are trained to work on heaters, electrical furnace when they dip slower, make them work to kick some gas and also on air conditioning systems. They bring it all together and put them in the right place and we really appreciate that. Their people are hard working and they are top notch, honest and dependable. We were checking around for prices and they gave us the best price and did a super job. We highly recommend them. It was winter time when they came out to do the repairs. Actually there were insects, some bugs or ants that died in the heating and air conditioning system. They did take time to come out here, to find what the problem was and then they fixed it. They said it occasionally happens, that the insects get into electrical parts when it is simply kept outside. They are very responsible, they have showed how long they take to get a job done, if they take long or can it be done quickly and they are good. They are the best we have found around now, compared with other people we have had. They try to guide us through the right direction which is needed to do the job and not just finish work. I will use their services in the future too.

They did a great job installing our unit. His price was the best from many estimates we had for the AC unit. They offered options when we were looking at what to purchase. The workers here were very knowledgable and did a outstanding job. The best way to describe this company is intergity, everyone here is top notch.

We shopped around quite a bit before we chose this company. We were very pleased with the work they did for us. I was very impressed with the overall quickness that they had our entire system installed. We felt that the price was very competitive to other quotes we received. We do have some questions for them because I just don't know if this system is working the way it is supposed too. They told us if there were any problems in the future to just call them and they would send someone right out.

I had no complaints about this company while I was using them and their work has held up quite nicely. Our new system is working beautifully. I would have to go back and look at my books to see what I was charged. I know it was reasonable but I honestly can't remember anything about costs off the top of my head. I did not feel that I was charged too much.

I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends because in my eye they could have really lied and made out on with a lot more money. Instead they were honest and made sure to answer all of our questions. They have reasonable prices and did an excellent job on all of the work. I will definitely have them come back again. We were greatly impressed with the dealings we had with this company. Everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant to deal with. The guys who did the installation we very polite as well. It took them really no time at all to have the old system gone and the new system installed. We have had no problems with it what so ever. If we were to have any problems I know that we would just have to call them up and they would send someone right out to address our problem.

They were very professional, prompt, and clean. They left everything the way they found it and they made sure I knew how to operate everything. The only problem I have had was with the drain pan. I called them and they even came out on the weekend to fix it. I have already recommended them to one of my neighbors.

I feel the workers are great and I have no technical issues with the system either. I see no reason not to hire them again. They have done well for me and I am pleased.

Alford Mechanical did a great job of replacing our furnace. They were able to get the new furnace in very quickly and it was up and running very quickly. The workers were really nice and they did not leave a mess anywhere.

WE HAD SEVERAL RECOMMENDATIONS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY GAVE US A MID-PRICE ESTIMATE. WE CHOSE THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR REPUTATION. THE INSTALLATION WENT QUICKLY BECAUSE THEY USED THE EXISTING DUCTS.
