They have been amazing every step of the way. All of the staff that has been out to our home, from the very first visit, have been respectful and knowledgeable and just overall a joy to have out. They keep you up to date on everything along the way and are always there to answer questions. There is no one else I would use so far for a project like this!

Drypro is the answer for wet or damp basemen. Just be ready when time comes to pay up, they are very proud of their work.

From the initial site visit and work plan thru the implementation and project completion, the staff were very professional; they responded to my questions in a comprehensive manner and their work exceeded my expectations.

Every staff member took pride in their jobs, and did an outstanding job of stabilizing my basement walls and installing a barrier shield. They also installed a French drain in my driveway and stabilized the driveway. I was impressed with their work ethic, professionalism and demeanor.

Could not help with what i needed to get done but service tech that came to give estimate was so pleasant and full of information that i could use .

Patio looks great and I would reccomend to anyone. Water is no longer going into foundation because leveled and its like brand new. Sales rep was nice but slow to get back to me. I had no problems getting hold of main office to get what was needed instead. Drypro does need to do a better job of following up. They were going to do some light pressure washing to clean up from a busted hose and didnt return to do.

This company is very professional, courteous and dependable! They repaired sagging floors and cracked walls by adding steel beams and jacks. It was an amazing process!
