I would hire this company for a future job.

Everything has worked very well. It's much dryer down there. They sent me a presentation in the mail. The information they sent, was very complete and helpful enough so I could make a decision. They came out to discuss it as well. They also provided a climate control which tells you what to look for and what to do. They did a very good job. They used a subcontractor do the electrical work and work with my fuse box. The following day my heater stopped working. I called the company to come out and look at it. They explained nothing they would have done would have caused the heater to fail. I had to call my heating and air conditioning company. They came out and said there was a wire loose in the fuse box. I am not sure if it was their fault but that was the only issue. The price was reasonable, they were punctual, and completed the work on time.

Their service is fantastic. They call us to schedule the annual appointments. They come from Charlotte to Hickory Hills where moisture is a big problem. When they more recently replaced the dehumidifier, they showed me everything and explained why. I love knowing they are taking care of everything. I can store all of my decorations without having to worry. It is a very easy process.

They did a good job. The workers were neat. The company communicated well throughout the project. The work was completed in the allotted time they said.

So far the service has been fine and everything went well. It was nice doing business with them and they were easy to work with. They were not the highest or lowest price. I have been satisfied with the service.

Very good experience from the initial call to schedule an appointment to the inspection. Cynthia was very professional and worked within my limited availability. I received an email reminding me of my appointment and asking me to confirm. Love that!! Mark called me and arrived right on time. He was also very professional and knowledgable. Dry-Pro was called in to repair a lot of termite damage under my house. Most of my joist, the drop beam, rim joist and a couple sections of my subfloor had to be repaired. The guys who came in and did the work were a pleasure to deal with. They had a lot of hard, dirty work to do. The were friendly, and hard working. If I have one complaint; it was the company's difficulty in sticking with a schedule. It was suppose to be a 4 or 5 day project starting on a Monday. It ended up taking 11 days. I'm sure part of it was due to the work being more in difficult than expected; but during the first week they put in about 2 1/2 days of work instead of 5. After the first week, they were there every day, on time, and worked all day. However, the delays forced me to reschedule some other workers. Overall I would still recommend them. A couple of people who have been under the house said that they did a real good job and I guess that's the most important thing.

I called for an estimate to get my crawl space investigated. I called on 8/27. The earliest appointment was 3 weeks out to get an inspection, not even the work.

Mark Steiner came out to look at our situation and provide his opinion on what needed to be done. He was on time, polite and really knows his job and his company's capabilities. We also had a few other companies look at the job but Mark really came across well and stood above his peers when it came to explaining what was going on and how to improve things for the better. Mark showed us that we were not in bad shape yet but also showed us signs that could have been significant indications that trouble was on the horizon. A few days later, Mark returned to provide an estimate. He was really the only contractor that left and came back to share his thinking on how to tackle the problem. Some contractors gave us a quote on the spot and others e-mailed quotes. Dry-Pro gave us two pricing options and we wound up choosing the more expensive of the two because we had so much faith in the information that Mark had shared. The only disappointment we had with Dry-Pro was that they were backed up a few weeks and couldn't get to our project right away but I guess that's a testiment to the sales team and expertise they bring with them as many others wanted to use their services as well. The project took two days to complete and the working team was professional, quick and kept our property clean throughout the process. They were even good to allow our VERY curious two year old to watch much of their work.

The new dehumidifier was installed when promised at the agreed upon price. I have always found them to be courrteous and responsive.

They were very professional. They had done work six years ago and they came back saying that it was their fault which was amazing.

Very satisfied with end result. So far, so good.

Dry-Pro Basement Systems was excellent. They did everything they said they were going to do and they did it in a finely passion. It's okay to use them.

Dave was great! He explained his findings and tailored options to our situation...unlike other companies that wanted to sell us a "package deal". Plus, Dry-Pro could do everything - insulation, mold remediation, dryer duct, waterproofing, moisture reduction - at a very competitive price. The scope of work required a 3-day schedule. Each work crew called me before they arrived, and they all arrived as scheduled. The work was done professionally, timely, and neatly. And the work was inspected by supervisors afterward. The president of the company even came and inspected the completed work! If we ever need crawl space work done on a future home, we would not hesitate to use Dry-Pro again. Highly recommended!

Everything went really well and was spaced out over a few weeks so that cement could dry properly. The crews came in to work when they were supposed to and stayed or came back to finish their work. The foundation work was done carefully and made an amazing difference. Before there was a space between the walls and floors, because the support beams were in bad shape. Now, the floors and doorways are level or less than one eighth inch off. Both basements had rain water running in with lots of mud. Now with new sump pumps installed, they are dry and covered with gravel or plastic liners. Both areas smell so much better and are in much better shape overall.

Very professional. They came out & checked the crawl space & made recommendations on what was needed to alleviate the moisture. I was impressed that, unlike other companies, they did not overstate the problem in order to sell us services the situation did not warrant. From the menu of ideal fixes we discussed, we chose what we could afford that would dry the crawl space out & keep it dry -- if more needs to be done in the future, we can always add other equipment & procedures. They also recommended other ways to re-direct rainwater from migrating toward the house. They were prompt, worked very quickly, & left the place looking spotless. Installed a dehumidifer & explained how it works, as well as the remote device to keep an eye on its performance, which we have upstairs. Extremely pleasant workmen. We were pleased with the work & if we need more done, will not hesitate to call them.

These guys were great to deal with. Fast, detailed estimate and the installers were very professional. They sealed our crawlspace, put in a dehumidifier and now our joist are dry. The crawlspace is no longer scary, it is clean and dry!

They put a humidifier and a pump under my home because the joists were getting damp. They also sealed all the vents under my house and put the plastic under my house as a water barrier. They seemed to know what they were doing. They did come back to check after they put in the humidifier.

We had our basement crawl space cleaned and totally sealed to take care of major moisture and mold problems. This was the best moisture control solution Dry Pro offers. The cleaning portion was outsourced to Advanta Clean. They also did a very good job. All the work was done in a timely manner. The different options for service were clearly explained to us with a written proposal after the initial inspection of our crawl space. The workers were all professional and cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend Dry Pro to anyone with moisture issues.

It went very well. They came when they said they would come, finished when they said they would and overall we were very pleased with their level of professionalism.

They were there when they said they would be and finished the job as planned. Other than the inspector having to come out a second time, everything went smoothly.

There were a few disconnects getting the estimate done because someone was out on the day of the planned appointment, but the office called and let me know. The estimate arrived very quickly after the visit. On the day of the service, the crew arrived early, worked hard all day, and got the drain done within the estimated time window. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous.

This is the second time (second home) I called Dry Pro for an evaluation. The first time they looked at a crawlspace and said no action required. Mark S called me 30 minutes before the appointment to tell me he was on his way. He ended up showing up about 10 min early. He looked at a moist basement and suggested that I monitor the situation and that doing something immediately would be a bit too aggressive (and potentially a waste of money). I know this review won't count as much because they didn't do the work, but I think it does speak volumes about how good they are about putting the consumer's interest before their profit.

The work was scheduled for 12/5/12. Adam, Corey, and Darnell arrived on time and began cleaning out the crawlspace. They removed some 17 barrels of construction trash (was probably there when the house was built). The dirt was then raked and groomed for the plastic installation. The additional 30 feet of french drain was dug out and piping installed. This piping was tied into the existing french drain. Then plastic was installed. The crawlspace was left clean. I was very pleased with the work that was performed. The basement looks so much better. More importantly, the moisture problem should be eliminated.
